chapter 24

Jennie's pov

(before breakfast)

i grab lisa's hand before she open the door, i don't know why but i like clinging on to her, she's tall compared to me and she have long arms maybe that's why

lisa opened the door and i can see rosè's wide eyes with her mug of coffee and she's stil on her sweats

she hurriedly walk towards me and grab my other arm since the other one's clinging to lisa

she pull me and excuse us to lisa by saying that it's a business matter

she pulled me inside lisa's room and i let go of her and look at her with furrowed eyebrows

"business reasons? really?" i ask her and was about to sit on the bed when she pull my arms, stopping me to sit

"are you and lisa are a thing?" i shook my head fast with wide eyes

"what the fuck, of course not chae" she looks at me as if finding out if I'm lying or not

her gaze went towards my neck and remove my hair that's covering my neck

"what the heck are you doing" once she's done, she just shrugged and sigh

"i thought there were gonna be hickeys, guess I'm wrong" i slap her arm and she just give me a gaze making her eyes smaller

"are you sure nothing happened?" i shook my head once again and was about to leave

"you guys never kissed?"

that made me stop and try to recall what happened last night, it's kinda hard to remember but once i remembered what happened

i face her once again and shook my head

"seriously?" she asked

"seriously."

"God, i thought I'm gonna experience drama" she suddenly said and sat down  on the edge of the bed

"what do you mean?" i ask her and sat beside her

"you know, like you and lisa are gonna fall for each other but you remembered you're going to marry her brother and then-" i stop her by standing up and throw her one of the pillow

"hey, what the heck was that?" i shrugged

" that's me telling you to fuck off"

"are you sure she doesn't have a crush on you?" i look at her and once again shook my head

"no! of course not, chaeyoung. what the hell?"

"don't you have a crush on her?"

i look at her and i close my eyes and sigh

"no, i don't"

right? i mean I'm pretty sure i don't swing that way and that's just weird, it's weird in a way that we just met

"okay, it's your statement not mine. pretty sure you'll eat your words

i just chuckles and open the door, me and rosè got out of the room and we saw lisa and jisoo sitting behind the counter

as usual, jisoo asked us why are we gone for so long. rosè answered and jisoo just keeps swooning over chae and it's quite a sight

i sit beside lisa and cling to her arms once again

"are we not girls?" jisoo asked after chae answered her question with a 'girls matter'

"who wants breakfast?" chaeyoung change the subject and i volunteered to cook them breakfast
