Deathly Eyes

His eyes were always different. A light shade of blue that was more white than anything. One glance in the light and you'd know he was a blessed child. Given the eyes of a god, piercing and peaceful, he was never safe.

'A heavenly boy' they'd say as the habitants of the city saw him trudge through  their damp alleyways in search for food.

An untimely death was waiting for those who looked dead into the eyes of the heavens with untrue intentions.

He hid his eyes from everyone's gaze and though they were warned they looked and their souls loomed over Dicks head for all eternity to come.

Hearing as many rumors as Wally does, he knew of Dicks existence and wanted nothing more to meet him.

If his eyes were really as lethal as he was told it was a death wish but nevertheless he had to see the eyes that had supposedly killed so many.

And now he was going to but not in the way he hoped.

-CENTRAL CITY-

"Heart attack cases have increased since last week and the last sighting of the 'Boy of the Heavens'." The news anchor reported.

Wally perked up from the kitchen table to get a better listen.

"Witness says he saw him look into the eyes of a woman and she immediately collapsed." The anchor continued, "We are on nation wide alert. Any sightings or information you may have on this boy should be reported to your local authorities."

Barry stood up from the couch and got his ring from the table.

"You down with that homework?" He turned to Wally.

"Yeah. Why?" Wally looked up to meet his eyes.

"We are catching an angel." Barry pushed his ring and got into his suit while Wally went and changed.

No even 5 minutes later they were searching the streets of Central City and soon they were met with another hero who had come to investigate.

"Bats! What're you doing here in Central City." He slung an arm around Batman's neck.

"Flash." Was all he said.

"Investigating this Angel Boy I presume." Batman walked away from the Flash.

"I have a hunch." Batman was at the edge of the building they were standing on.

"Care to share with the class?" Flash asked.

The caped crusader grunted and leaped off the building.

"He's friendly as always." KF shrugged.

"As always." Flash huffed.

They overlooked the city in sight of any potential signs of the boy.

"You take south and west side and I'll take north and east." Flash turned to Wally.

"Never Eat Soggy Waffles." He was pointing in the directions of north, east, south and west.

"Did you hear me?" Flash asked.

"Mm hmm. You go ahead, we'll meet up here right?" KF was staring it more than asking.

"Sure." Flash ran off to his sides of the city.
