I wonder around the market. I pull my hair back. The wind has picked up. I feel it in my hair. I feel it on my skin. I don't really care. I look around. Nothing of interest. Truthfully, I'm kind of glad. No fights. No battles I have to be involved with. I can just go about life normally like a human.
"Pigsie! Slow down!" I hear a yell.
My eyes widen. That voice. Pigsie. Wujing. I turn. They're right there. They're behind me. A couple of feet behind me. Pigsie of course was rummaging the litter. Wujing looks so awkward. Am I seeing things? What are they doing here? Are they looking for me? No... this is just a coincidence.
"Hahaha!" I hear a voice I haven't heard in eight years.
Fruitie. I named him that. He was a real thorn in my side. I see him on the shoulder of master. I grip my collar. I turn. Breathe. They don't recognize you in this form. I walk off. I can't let them notice me. Then I feel something biting my golden wrist collar. Oh no.
I turn and I see Fruitie examining my golden collar. What the- I shake him.
"Mister. I like your chains." He says.
I ignore him. I hear master run over.
"I am so sorry sir." He pulls fruite off me.
"It's fine." I hiss.
I turn. I have to get away. Master lowers his head.
"I beg forgiveness." He says.
"Just forget it." I say.
Then I hear a scream. I turn. I see bandits jump down from the buildings. Oh no. I roll my eyes.
"Bandits." Wujing runs forward.
"No one's allowed to steal the food!" Pigsie runs forward.
I'll let them do this.
