"How do you find me, Father?" Yash said, closing the door behind him.

In his little chamber, there wasn't much light. The chamber was equipped with advanced technology that displayed all of the important data from the entire city.

"When technology fails to help you, go back to the basics. Sometimes, small things can have a big impact." Shiva stated this as he entered the chamber.

Shiva was wearing a blue police uniform with three medals on each shoulder, designating him as a senior detective.

"You knew I'd be here." Yash stood up and asked.

"I was hoping to see you here."

"And I was tracking you." Yash said as he displayed Shiva's location on the screen.

"You should have gotten away then. Why didn't you change your location?" Shiva replied, peering out of a little window.

The small window was the only thing that let light into the chamber.

"I don't want to."

"If I arrest you, you will be punished," Shiva added.

"Yes, I believe they would hang me to death. Do you trust them?"

"I'm a believer. I know constellations will never do anyone wrong." Shiva replied after some thought. My son, I know you are innocent. You're doing this because you believe it's the right thing to do.

"As a result of what I did, people have been vaporized. They are no longer alive." Yash's face was filled with melancholy. He was likely thinking about those people. His expression said it all.

"Nothing created in the Zone has the ability to kill people. We are practically immortal up until the age of 60." Shiva spoke while sitting on Yash's chair.

"That is not my answer. What do you think—do you think your son is a murderer?"

"I know my son is a brilliant scientist, but he is not a killer." Shiva remarked, his countenance befuddled.

Shiva knew it would be difficult for him the moment he was assigned to apprehend Yash. This moment was his test. He vowed an oath to his ancestors in front of the Constellations that he would protect justice at any cost. He won't ever disregard Constellations' regulations.

It had been many days since Yash's experiment caused 36 people to suddenly vanish from Zone. Since then, paranormal investigators and police had been looking for Yash. Despite having all the equipment and skills, they were unable to locate Yash.

"Why don't you switch places?" said Shiva. He didn't want to detain his own son.

"I am ready to face this system's consequences. It's time for me to meet up with my friends." Yash stated sombrely.

"Your mother won't forgive me if I arrest you."

"She'll understand in time. I made a decision that most people would never think to make. I challenge those you all regard as gods—the constellations." Yash said, seeming pleased with himself: Father, you are the best detective. I knew you would locate me sooner or later. "I'm sick and tired of running."

"You let me find you."

"Father, it makes no difference; the moment has come for us to change our belief. The actual world exists outside in Horizon. It's time to be liberated, and I just tried. People have forgotten that freedom is a fundamental human right. We are not born to be at the mercy of others—at least not forever. Since time has changed, so must our beliefs."

There was silence. Shiva was looking at his son. It seems like only yesterday when you were synchronized to Zone. You've grown a lot in just seven years, my son.
