"Mr. Shiva. Please enter." Maya showed an envelope to Shiva while offering him a chair.

The envelope was stamped with the mayor's office.

"Mayor's recommendation?" Maya said as she handed the envelope to Shiva.

"And psychologist?" Shiva asked, opening the envelope.

"It's attached as well. The mayor certainly has influence at the top."

"It's too soon; I can't believe it." Replied Shiva.

"He was hoping to meet you in person. After all, he won because of you. And now he's mayor again."

Everything that Shiva wanted in Zone was a normal life. But that was not easy for him. The day he was dismissed from the police, citing that he was addicted, he lost everything. After many court hearings and many medical tests, all in vain, he had given up hope. And now a tiny recommendation has made everything right. Shiva was very happy and, at the same time, in a dilemma. He got his police job back, but at what cost?

"Tell me where you want your posting. Whatever happened to our department recently, it will be great if you decide to stay here." Asked Maya.

Shiva was happy and, at the same time, confused. All he wanted right now was distraction.

"Sorry, just slipped out of mind; what happened to Jack?" Fishing the envelope into his pocket, Shiva inquired.

"An internal investigation is ongoing, and I think there are more officers involved, working secretly and right beneath us."

"Any information from that boy we apprehended?" Asked Shiva.

"No, he is obstinate. We tried everything. I can't believe that a 19-year-old boy can do all this alone. He succeeded in committing murder, which was impossible in Zone. It's against the constellation's law. He somehow challenged them. It's changed everything."

Maya was looking sad. She was a believer. She trusted constellations her whole life. She believed that the constellation's laws were as firm as mountains and could never be changed.

"He was misled. He did this out of revenge. The couple's murder and the way people have been disappearing over the years are still a mystery to me."

"So, you still think there is a ghost in this city? Maybe someone else already has the same weapon and has been doing it quietly for a long time." Maya responded.

"For so long, it doesn't seem convincing to me. After almost 100 years, no one can live that long in Zone."

"Maybe it's Resistance or some secret crime syndicate, and they are passing this weapon on to generations. Whatever the reason, we can agree on one thing: people can be killed in Zone." Before Maya could finish her sentence, Max entered the office. "Does he speak at all?" Maya questioned Macc.

"No, he wants to meet Mr. Shiva in Zero Cell." Macc replied.

"It's upon you then," Maya remarked, pointing the way.

Shiva entered Zero cell. The killer was tied to a chair. His hand clung to the table. The chances that he could somehow escape were zero.

"Mr. Shiva, I didn't expect to see you so soon." As Shiva sat down on the chair across from the youngster, the boy said.

Even though the boy was in jail and would probably get the death penalty, there were no signs of regret on his face.

"Why do you want to meet me?"

"The things you told me, I can't get those words out of my head."

"And what exactly is it?" Asked Shiva.
