(A/N: Kind of bad, kind of good, but it's a cheater and the plot's moving along. Again, written on Wattpad Mobile. Soon, stuff will go down. Also I'm sorry for the wait. I've been busier than anything and I haven't really had inspiration but here's a chapter for Turkey Day.)

Happy Turkey Day!

Danny and I walked out of the gym, her promising me ice cream and pizza once we got to the Center, only to find the same scientist from the forest, getting beat up by two weirdos wearing the same outfits as the ones from earlier.

Again.

And of course he spotted us. He then proceeded to beg is to follow the grunts, because the parts he was carrying, that were stolen, were very important.

So we took off after them.

As we ran, Blade flew over us, making sure the weirdly dressed grunts didn't try anything.

Of course they did, though. Blade flew down under the tree line, further ahead, where we couldn't see him. Eve sat perched on my shoulder, but as we came out of the little patch of trees, she immediately jumped to action.

In front of us, stood a man sadly petting Blade. When he noticed us, he quickly asked us to find his Pokemon, named Peeko, and that the grunts had taken him with them.

We rushed to the entrance of the cave. I was about to run into the darkness when a sour smelling spray misted around me.

I turned to Danny, whom shrugged and answered my questioning gaze with a short, "Well, I don't want to be attacked by wild Pokemon."

I then shrugged back and took off. We eventually came across the two grunts, who taunted us for a while before each pulling out a pokeball.

Danny and I looked at each other before sending out our own Pokemon. The grunts, both, sent out a Poochyena, while Eve jumped into a battle stance and Danny released Nicki.

The grunts had their Poochyena use Tail Whip, both of them at the same time, and Eve responded to a glance from me by using Swift. Nicki used Tackle after Eve took half of each opponents' HP, and KO'd one of the Poochyena.

The remaining Poochyena was commanded to use Tackle on Nicki, but she dodged it rather quickly. Nicki fired back with her own Tackle, and the last Poochyena fell.

The grunt grumbled and muttered but eventually gave us $520 each and the Devon parts, before taking off.

We returned Peeko to the old man, who we learned was named Mr. Briney, and he and his friend left us in the patch of trees.

We attempted to walk back to Rustboro, but half way along, I was pulled into battle by a wild Pokemon, which turned out to be a wild Eevee.

What are the odds?

Eve once again took battle stance, and I told her, "Take it easy. We might gain a new friend if you don't knock it out."

She playfully glared at me, and while she did, she got hit by a weak Tackle.

She easily Tackled it back, which almost knocked it out, but it didn't.

The fluff ball of beige fur shook itself before it tried to Tackle, again. Eve let it hit her, and I tossed out a Pokeball I had bought from the Pokemart at the start of my journey.

The fluff ball was pulled into the Ball; it rocked back and forth once, twice, three times, before a click was heard and little stars flew.
