I saw Dahlia come out of II's cabin about an hour later. I could hear them playing drums from outside, so I guessed that II had taught her how to play drums.

Not long after, she went to my cabin so I went to join her. No reason. I just felt like it. As I entered the cabin, I saw her taking a towel and a pile of clean clothes. Once she noticed my presence, she looked at me and smiled.

« Hi, Vessel! » Dahlia spoke.

I awkwardly smiled back. « Hey... You're going to the waterfall? » I asked even though it was pretty obvious already.

« Yeah. I guess it's obvious, isn't it... » She said with a chuckle.

« Can I go with you? » I blurted out. Expecting her to say no, I looked away and chuckled nervously.

She seemed a little surprised with how fast I asked the question. « Uhm... yeah! Of course you can. » Dahlia answered, which lowkey caught me by surprise.

I quickly shook it off and smiled at her, thanking her for letting me go with her. I grabbed a towel as well, and we both headed out.

Vessel had asked to go to the waterfall with me, which caught me a little off guard, but I let him come with me anyway.

As we walked there, we weren't talking much, but at some point, I had to expect it. When we got there, Vessel stopped and looked at me.

« You can go in first, I'll follow after you. » He said.

I nodded, and Vessel turned around. I stripped and went into the water after making sure that Vessel wasn't looking. Once I was in and that the water reached my shoulders, I looked at Vessel.

« It's all good. » I said, signaling him that he could turn around.

I then turned around myself as I saw him about to remove his coat. Waiting for him to tell me it was alright, I looked at the water falling from the top of the hill. Suddenly, I felt a pair of cold hands on my shoulders, which caused me to get startled. I looked behind me and saw Vessel. I quickly realized we were literally both naked, and my face flushed red in a matter of seconds.

Vessel chuckled and stepped away to give me some space. Compared to me, Vessel was okay with having water below his shoulders. Me? No.

« You're not uncomfortable with me being here, right? I can always leave if you are... » Vessel suddenly said, feeling a little more nervous now that he knew I was probably uncomfortable... which I surprisingly wasn't.

« No... don't stress with that. » I said, smiling reassuringly at him.

He smiled back, and I noticed that the body paint he had on was fading in the water. I didn't mention it as Vessel probably knew. He wasn't dumb after all. Yet it honestly felt weird to see his actual skin color.
