After the twins came over and I made up with Terrance we decided to come inside and settle down.
"hey guys i'm gonna go take a shower, be back in ten" I said to the boys.
"so I can't come with you?" Terrance said with a sad face.
"sorry babe, not this time" I said heading upstairs to my room.
Once I was in my room I went to get my pajamas that was in one of my drawers, my pajama top was just a red crop top and my pajama bottoms were short shorts, they were blue and had images of food on it. I grabbed my pajamas and went into the bathroom and turned the shower on, I stripped off my clothes and stepped into the warm heated shower. Once I was done taking my shower I put my pajama's on and grabbed my dirty clothes and put it into my laundry basket. I then walked across my room to grab my phone and then headed downstairs.
I was now downstairs, and decided to make some popcorn, I went to the pantry and grabbed a bag of popcorn and put it in the microwave. As I was waiting for the popcorn to get done I decided to check for notifications on my phone, I saw that there was a text message from my cousin Mary, and it read, "hey Carmen it's Mary, I just wanted to tell you that i'm moving to New York on Wednesday, I know this is huge and all but I need a place to stay, and my flight gets to New York on Thursday, so if you'd like to have me and Michael that would be great".
I texted back "hey Mary, of course i'd like to have you, i'll pick you up at the airport Thursday morning"
"great" Mary replied, I locked my phone and went to the microwave because the popcorn was done popping. I grabbed the popcorn from out of the microwave and put it on the counter, I then looked in a cabinet and found a bowl to put the popcorn in. I walked out of the kitchen with my bowl of popcorn and into the living room to watch some TV, and because it's Tuesday pretty little liars was on, which is my favorite show.
"hello Carmen" Grayson said walking into the living room taking a seat next to me.
"hello Grayson" I said grabbing some of my popcorn
"ooh popcorn" Grayson said reaching out to grab some of my popcorn
"no way" I said slapping his hand away
"but I want some" he said making a cute puppy dog face.
"your puppy face isn't going to work on me Grayson" I said looking back at the TV and grabbing some more popcorn and shoving some in my mouth.
"hey babe" Terrance said walking into the living room and telling Grayson to scoot over
"hey" I said, then leaned in and kissed him softly on the lips
"whoa" Terrance said, and put his arm around me and watched TV.
"hey T, i have some amazing news" I said very excitingly.
"yeah" Terrance said looking at me.
"Mary is coming to New York" I said and Terrance looked at me surprised
"who's Mary" Grayson asked butting into me and Terrance's conversation
"no one" I said and looked back at Terrance.
"anyways she wants to stay here with us and so does her brother Michael"
"well since they are both your cousins i guess they can stay" and I smiled at him
"thanks babe, and maybe you can get to know michael more" I said lightly pecking him on the lips
