So last night Carmen asked if her cousin could stay here because she's moving to New York, so of course I said yes.
*-*-*the next morning*-*-*
"Today is going to be great" I thought to myself, today is me and Carmen's anniversary, and its been one year.
I woke up with Carmen next to me, "Carmen your gorgeous" I whispered softly and got up from the bed careful not to wake her. This morning I decided to get her white, and pink roses because they are her favorite.
I got up and went downstairs to my room and got ready, I went to the front door and grabbed to my car keys and headed to the store. I bought the flowers and also decided to get chocolates and a big teddy bear. After I did that I decided to call my friend Cody who works at a restaurant that is on Coney Island boardwalk in Brooklyn, New York, and try and get me and Carmen a spot. I also decided to go to some stores and buy Carmen some clothes, shoes, and some accessories that i'd think will look great on her. When I was done shopping for Carmen I decided to go home (which is Carmen's house) and hide all the stuff I got her, After that I went upstairs to Carmen's room to see if she was still asleep and she was, "score" I thought to myself. I went back downstairs and decided to make Carmen some breakfast, but being the lazy jiffy I am I went to the guest room where Ethan and Grayson were sleeping and woke them up.
"what do you want Terrance?" Grayson asked
"I need help with something" I said
"ok, i'll come help" Grayson said getting up from his bed and exiting his room.
"Ethan wake up" I said shaking him
"huh?" Ethan said "whats going on?, and why are you in my bedroom?" Ethan asked
"I need you and your brothers help with something, It's for Carmen" I said, and Ethan shot up fast like he had way too much caffeine.
*-*-*-*-in the kitchen*-*-*-*
"so what is the occasion?" Grayson asked
"well-" I said stuttering "It's me and Carmen's anniversary"
"oh, well in that case we need to make her favorite breakfast food" Grayson said
"what is her favorite food" Ethan asked
"Carmen likes pancakes with whipped cream with strawberry's,waffles with chocolate syrup, nutella with some toast, and she loves bacon" I said replying to Ethan's question
"so I guess i'll make the nutella with toast" Grayson said
"alright and me and Ethan can cook the rest, if that's ok with you Ethan" I said
"sure" Ethan said
Making the food took at least one hour and I'm surprised that Carmen didn't wake up because the smell of bacon had filled the house. When everyone was done cooking the breakfast we put each breakfast item on a large plate, and of course we fixed her orange juice in a glass. I send Ethan and Grayson upstairs outside of Carmen's room because I wanted to grab all of the stuff I bought her in her room so she can be surprised by what was happening.
I went into Carmen's room carefully and quietly, and so did Ethan and Grayson. I took out the white and pink roses and the large teddy bear and set them next to her on her bed, and I told Ethan and Grayson to set the food on her night stand. Once we were all ready and standing next to her bed I tapped Carmen.
"mm" she said
"Carmen wakie wakie" I said and the twins giggled a little.
"Terrance" she said looking around the room and adjusted her eyes because her room was bright. "whats all of this?" she said and gasped when she saw the white and pink roses and the teddy bear, "babe they're beautiful, how did you know" she said with a smile on her face
"it's been two years" I said kneeling down next to her bed "I feel like I've know you for a long time now"
"well you should , i'm so glad that we're together, nothing can separate us, or keep us apart" Carmen said smiling and I hugged her.
"well there are more surprises on the way" I said and she grinned at me.
"what's that face for" I said questioning her
"nothing, it's just that I didn't know you were going to do all this, I don't want you spending all of your money on me" she said
"I want to spend my money on you, it was my choice and if it comes with consequences then i'd like them now please" I said now standing up
"the only consequence is this" she said grabbing me by the shirt and kissed me.
"that was such a turn-on" I said getting up to get the rest of the gifts.
"i'm sorry if there are so many bags" I said and Carmen just smiled with her head down, "I went to different stores that you liked and bought you stuff" I said and when she saw the Victoria Secret bag she jumped out of her bed and grabbed the bag from me.
"OMG THANK YOU TERRANCE, YOUR THE BEST BOYFRIEND EVER!" Carmen said and sat down on her bed.
"i'll just give you the rest of the bag and let you have time to yourself" I said and that's when the twins got up from the floor and said "we made you breakfast too" and they left the room and headed downstairs.
