* it's been a couple of days and it's the first day of court for fighting for custody over Noah

*Lucy & Tim are dressed

Noah : mom
Lucy : yea
Noah : I love you
Lucy *goes to him and hugs him : I love you too bud I promise I'll do anything to protect you
Noah : I know mom

* Tim and Lucy left Noah was still off for another 2 weeks as the incident that happened

* Tim and Lucy got and drove to the courthouse

* couple hours later

* Tim and Lucy parked the car and got out and entered the courthouse

* inside the courtroom

* Wesley , Angela , Lucy , Tim , Jackson , Nolan , nyla turned up

Wesley : ready
Lucy : yea
Weasley *sits down
Lucy *sits down next to him

Emmett *entered the room with his lawyer

Judge : okay you may sit down
*everyone sits down
Judge : we're here to today over full custody over Noah Chen am l correct
Wesley : yes you are correct
Judge : okay Monica you may start
Monica : my client has not had any contact with his son he has tried everything but mrs Chen keeps declining his contact but Maybe Noah would like to see him we would like to see Noah and Emmett meet up every 2 weeks
Lucy *shakes her head : Wesley he won't see him unless someone is there with him
Wesley *nods his head : okay but Noah doesn't know his dad he doesn't want to know his father
Judge: okay okay that's enough Noah will see his father 2 times a week
Wesley : can someone be with him
Judge : of course but it cannot be mrs Chen
Wesley : how about Sargent Bradford
Judge : yes of course we will see you all back here Friday

* they all left the courtroom

Lucy : Noah ain't gonna be happy
Wesley : i know
Tim : let's talk to him

* Lucy and Tim left the court room and headed back to the apartment

* at the apartment

* Lucy and Tim walked in then shut the door and sees Noah sitting down watching tv

Lucy : Noah
Noah : hey mom how'd it go
* Lucy and Tim walked to the couch
Lucy *sits down next to him : Noah I need to talk to you
Noah : has he got custody
Lucy : no of course not bud but *holds his hand
Noah : mom what's wrong
Lucy : the judge would like you to see emmett 2 times of week bud
Noah * looks at my mom then at Tim I shout : no no mom no
Lucy *grabs his hands : but Tim will be there with you I promise
Noah : why can't you come why not both of you mom
Lucy : because I'm your mom and I can't be there
Noah : okay
Lucy *kisses his head
Noah : I'm going to bed * goes to his room and shuts it
Lucy : Tim I'm gonna lose my son  aren't l
Tim : no baby of course not I promise we will fight for Noah

* Tim and Lucy changed into some comfy clothes and went to bed

Noah * gets out of bed he sees a picture of him and his had he rips it up and he cries : i ... wish ... you w... were never my dad *cries on the floor
