* Noah was staring at a hospital in shaw memorial hospital Luna told him Noah agreed to work there he wanted to help people and he wanted to make his uncle Jackson proud

* they went to a patient with a broken arm

* they took him to X-ray

* couple minutes later

* Noah looks at the X ray

Grace : okay what do you see
Noah : it's broken I can see the difference in the other arm

* he told the patient he broke his arm and he's getting his arm plaster up then he would be free to go

Man : I need some help over here he's been like This couple of minutes
Grace *runs : ma'am can you follow this pen
Woman  *goes to follow it : no I just need the stuff

Grace : what is it dr Bradford
Noah : I've been there he's using and well he about to be sick * grabs the something to  be sick in put it to his mouth
Woman *sick in it
Grace : need some help over here

* people helped her into the bed and rushed her to help her

Grace : how did you know
Noah : I've been there I used to use
Grace : how long have you been sober
Noah : 1 month last month i relapsed but I am fine now I've been getting the help I need by my family and friends

* they helped the women the woman was hitting the doctor

* Noah grabbed her hands

Noah : I know your fighting this but it will help you ma'am these doctors will help you and when you all are better you want to get help *grabs card out of his pocket : this is a rehab place I went to this it's a good place *puts in on the side : let these doctors help you
Woman : okay *stops fighting

* Noah let go of her and walked out

Grace: did good on your first day already but it's not over yet
Noah : yes I get that

Charles : dr lawyer
Grace : this is Noah Bradford Noah this is Charles he's the chief of surgery
Noah : I've heard a lot about you I've read good things and oh I'll uh be quiet now

* Noah had something to eat on his lunch break then he was back at it again

* couple hours later it was busy there Noah was doing his first CPR Noah helped grace and the patient came back Noah saved someone life he did good on his first day

Noah : chief
Charles : call me Charles you  saved someone today you did good
Noah : thank you Charles
Charles *writes his number down gives it to him : if you want to talk about anything text or call me
Noah : I'm not available but it is complicated
Charles : as friends I'm not available either but if you need anything you know where I am to talk as friends

* around midnight

* Noah fished his shift he got a lift from his uncle Nolan he finished around the same time then he drops Noah off

* at the house

* Noah said thinks to Nolan and he got into the house and locks it puts his back on the floor he goes to the kitchen grabs something to eat he eat it goes to the bathroom took a shower then couple hours later he finished  his shower and goes to change in his room into Pyjama's he lays down on the bed and he fell asleep
