* Noah couldn't say goodbye to George as he'd break down in tears so he wrote him a note

* Lucy and Tim and Lily are driving Noah to the rehab centre

* Noah has his books and some of his notes and he had pictures of his parents and Lily and George

Tim : we'll see you soon

Noah : I'm going somewhere to make me all better
Lily : brother sick
Noah : yea Let's with that you won't see me for 2 weeks but when I come home I'll spoil you ice cream movie

* Noah entered the rehab centre he checked himself in and he goes to a room

* Lucy and Tim get into the car and drive home

* they finally arrive home they got Lily out of the car seat and she's asleep we walk inside and shut the door Tim put Lucy down in her crib and they waited for George to come home

* George arrived home he shut the door

George : where's Noah
Lucy : he left you something in his room

* George goes into Noah's room he sees a note he shuts the door and he grabs the note and sits on the bed and begins to read it
