* few days later

* Noah is back to himself he's been playing with his siblings helping his mom with Violet reminding Levi to take his Adhd medication but noah and max hang out yesterday and Noah felt like max was hiding something from him he had a hangover and Noah was getting extremely worried about his boyfriend

* Noah was out with his friends at a bar he ordered a lemonade he can handle being at bars now

Theo : so what's going on
Noah : nothing
Jacob : Noah what's going on
Noah : max I'm worried about him
Jacob : talks to us
Noah : he's out sometimes and he's drinking a lot
Jacob : so what you think he has a problem
Noah : I don't know but I can't just say to max you have a problem

* few days later

* Noah got a call from Max's parents telling him he's in the hospital

* Tim drove Noah there straight away

* at the hospital

* they both walked in went to see max his parents said which room number

Noah : you have a problem babe you are out some nights your drinking and I can see it you have a drinking problem

Noah *goes to walk out the door
Max : you walk out that door we're done do you hear me
Noah *turns to look at him : I lose you anyway my love i want you better and right now I can't be with you I love you I always will * walks out the door
Max : Noah Noah Noah *shouts
Noah *tears fall down his face walks out the hospital

* Tim running toward Noah

Tim : bud what's wrong
Noah : I just broke up with max
Tim : what
Noah : he has a drinking problem till he gets it together I can't do it
Tim *hugs him : let's go home

* they went in the car and Tim drive them home

* at the house

* they got home around 5pm

* Noah got out of the car went into his room and shut the door he sobbed on the floor by his bed

Lucy : what's happened
Tim : he just broke up with max
Lucy : oh my
Tim : he had a drinking problem and he couldn't be with him till he got himself together
Lucy : Noah must feel heartbroken as he loved max
Tim : and he still does
Lucy : yea he does should we talk to him
Tim : soon give him time alone for now
Lucy : yea I'll give him a few minutes

* couple minutes later

* Lucy knocked on the door

Lucy *opens the door sees him on the floor goes to him sits down next to him : I'm sorry baby about max dad told me
Noah : you know the worst part of breaking up with him is
Lucy : what baby
Noah : max told me if I walked out that door we're over and I told him  I lose him  anyway my love i want him  better and right now I can't be with him and I Told him I love him and  I always will he was  shouting my name mom
Lucy *puts an arm around his shoulder: baby he needs help okay that's if he'll get it

* few hours later

* they all were having food together

* Noah eat some of the food

* after food

* Lucy and Tim put the kids to bed

Noah *goes to Violet room puts her to bed kisses her head : I love you goodnight princess

* Noah left the room and shut the door Tiny bit

* they changed the kids and put them to bed

* they left the door open a tiny bit they checked on Violet fast asleep

* Tim and Lucy changed into their pyjamas

* Lucy goes to Noah's room he was in his pyjamas in bed

Noah : yea
Lucy : if you need me in the middle of the night wake me
Noah : okay mom night

* Lucy goes back to her and Tim's bedroom lucy turns on the baby Monitor and it was on puts in on the side to her bed gets into bed with Tim they cuddle they eventually fell asleep
