* max was discharged from the hospital he was allowed to go home

Sophie : max why didn't you tell us about your problem
Max : because I didn't want to
Michael : max you have an addiction
Max : well fine you want me to tell you okay that night I collapsed in Noah's arms I didn't tell you everything
Sophie : okay
Max : I was at a bar with some of my friends some guy comes up to me flirting with me he overs me a drink I said no I ordered myself a drink and well I drank the drink I begin to feel dizzy so I went to get some air this guy came out kisses my neck I told him to stop and I punched him i went to Noah's collapsed in his arms next  thing I am in hospital so yea that's why I've been drinking
Michael : why didn't you tell us
Max : because I had help the only boy I loved is gone
Sophie *sits next to him grabs his hand : you can get him back but you can only do that if you get help rehab meetings
Max : I think Noah's right I do need help I want him back
Michele : okay son

* and they did max was in rehab he is doing 40 days in there Sophie let Noah  know max was in rehab and he was happy for him

* few days later

* with Lucy and Tim

Lucy : he's been out a lot
Tim : yea you don't think he's
Lucy : no and plus we'd know
Noah *walks in the room : mom dad i need to tell you something
Tim : okay
Lucy : okay baby
Noah : you said you wanted me to do something that I want to be happy I don't want to be a cop I want to become a doctor I know with my addiction but mom dad I want to be a doctor that's where I've been at days I've completed the exam
Lucy *smiles : I'm happy baby for you
Tim : we're proud son
Noah : Luna helped me with the exam and I've been doing to med school these past weeks and days and well my results comes in in a couple of weeks please don't be angry
Lucy *smiles : we're not angry we're so proud
Noah : really
Tim : yea
Lucy : yea we are baby we are so proud of you Noah
Noah : thanks mom thanks dad
Tim : you know who'd else be proud
Noah : who
Lucy : your uncle Jackson
Noah : yea
Lucy :  yea he would he did say to me one day Noah going to be a doctor or cop some day and he was right
Noah : wish he'd be here to watch me become a doctor
Tim : he's watching over you son
Lucy *hugs him
Noah *hugs back
