"Because I love you. Yes, yes, yes I know I am in love with someone and that's none other than you. Only and only you." Taehyung said but y/n looked at him in disbelief. Was she hearing him right. He really loves her? Isn't that what she wanted but still how can she let him love her knowing he will suffer.

"You are lying right Tae? How can you love me?"
Y/N said stepping back from him.

However Taehyung didn't let her move back as he immediately held her wrist and kept her palm on his chest where his heart is.

She could feel his heart beating.

"Y/N look into my eyes and see, I might lie, but these eyes would never. These eyes are only made to see and admire you. You feel this heartbeat, it's beating for you. Hear and feel it carefully you will know that every beat of my heart has your name. Only and only your name. I love you y/n. Not just from today but since forever. From the very first time I saw you I was in love with you. The moment my eyes laid on you I knew you are the one. You are the one I can die for and at the same time live for."

Y/N looked into his eyes and they were clearly the proof of his words. He wasn't lying at all. He really loves her. However this itself was scaring her. He loves her, but then his life will get destroyed, she thought.

"Why did you not tell me before?"

"Because I was scared. I was scared I will lose you because you won't love me. But then I realised I can never lose you because even if you don't love me back I will love you forever. Even if that means it will stay onesided forever, I am ready for that too. I never wanted to force my feelings on you.

I genuinely wanted you to be happy, with or without me. That's why I brought you here, but I swear I still won't force you for anything. But please don't leave me. Please stay with me. Stay with me like a friend. I am happy to accept that. But please don't give me such a big heartbreak of leaving me completely. I will be broken completely like that."

"Tae, I won't leave you. But why did you loved me? You shouldn't have done that." She said looking down but Taehyung held her shoulders and said,

"Why won't I love you? You are such a beautiful soul. You are the girl that only a lucky person can get in their life."

"You are wrong Tae. Only the unlucky one will get me. I wish no one is that unlucky ever. I have a disease and I can die any time soon. You will get only pain in this love Tae."

"You know?" Taehyung said with widened eyes. He thought she is unaware of her disease but that's not true. She knows.

"What do you mean Tae, you know I have a disease?" Taehyung nodded his head.

"You still love me? Why Tae why? Why do you wanna keep a burden in your life? Even my own relatives left me because I seemed to be a burden. No one wants me in this world Tae, no one." She took a pause and said again.

"Please leave me, I can give you nothing except for pain. Everyone left me, you too leave it's for your own good." She said tearing up, something that he hated the most. Her tears.

"I will not leave you. Not in this life. Not in any life. I am all yours." He said hugging her.

She hides her face in his chest and keeps on crying while he pats her back trying to comfort her and said once again,

"Please y/n give me one chance. I promise I will not only change your all pain into happiness but also make sure that you get well. I talked with the doctor and he said you just need lots of care , rest and slow treatment. It's not that bad. I promise I will make you healthy again. Please trust me once." Taehyung said and finally y/n broke the hug and said,

"I trust you Tae. I have trusted you ever since I got to know you. If you think I will not reciprocate your feelings then you are wrong. Everytime you did something for me, I felt so happy. You are the reason for my smile again. I lost all my hopes from this cruel world Tae. This world never treated me right.

You know I always wished for someone who would understand my pain and love me unconditionally. I wanted someone to accept me, even if I had a lethal disease. To accept me even if I was, I was raped. To accept me even if I don't look beautiful.

I always wished and I am glad that you came into my life."

"Then why did you tell me to leave you y/n? You said you wanted someone to love you even after knowing that you had a disease. What is the reason then that you didn't want me to be that person?" His voice sounded he was hurt. He didn't yet understand that what was the reason y/n didn't wanted it to be him. He took a deep breath and again spoke not letting y/n to speak.

"I don't know what wrong I did. But if you think I am not capable of being that special person then it's okay." He said and sat on the bed looking down. Y/n understood very well that he was sad.

She sat beside him and cupped his cheeks making him look at her.

"It's because it's you Taehyung. I pushed you because you were not just any person it was you."

"What do you mean because it's me?" He said staring at her with puzzled eyes that showed total confusion.

Y/N internally chuckled at his innocence and said.

"It's because of you because you are the person I love. Yes I love you Tae."
