Chapter - 39

"MOVE WE ARE LOSING HER!" The doctor said moving Taehyung, it was his fast instincts that made him realise that y/n's breathing was getting shallower. Even with the oxygen mask she was not being able to breathe.

Taehyung felt numb and as if suddenly everything became slow around him. The nurses and doctors rushing to get her pulse and then an injection being injected to her, helping her to get stable.

Finally the doctors sighed in relief.

"Look, I know it's hard time. But I don't know how to say better call everyone who wants to see her. Because we can't really say how long we will be able to keep her like this. For now she's stable please don't disturb her body, because she might not even get 24 hours completely." The doctor said to everyone present in the room.

Everyone was in tears already while Taehyung stood their in the corner. Suddenly he became all quiet.

"We have fixed an emergency button in the room itself, call us whenever you see something unusual. Also we can't shift her to hospital, she can't leave the room even for a second."

As the doctor and the nurses left, Mrs. Kim came towards Taehyung.

"Tae, my son calm down. Look she will be alright."

"LIE. THAT'S A LIE. MOM SHE LIED TO ME. SHE SAID SHE WILL BE WITH ME. SHE LIED." Taehyung yelled, his voice cracked as tears finally made their way out of his eyes. He immediately went out of the room followed by his hyungs and Jungkook to calm him. Mrs. Kim and Mr. Kim looked at y/n's body which was almost lifeless.

"She's such a lively kid. I wanted to be her mother so bad. She's so innocent she never got her parents' love and faced a lot. Still she's facing so much pain, why is the fate so cruel to her?" Mrs. Kim said crying as Mr. Kim hugged her.

Even if it was not a long time that Mrs. Kim knew y/n but still she had a heart of mother that considered y/n as her own kid.

On the other side Taehyung was at the verge of complete breakdown. He was standing in the balcony looking at the stars while the cool air was hitting him continuously. Namjoon was the first one to enter the room as he saw how Taehyung was standing there absent minded and blabbering something to himself.

"You promised y/n. I wished for you in every shooting star. You told you will get well. You can't leave me." Namjoon's heart ached hearing him like that. Everyone loved Taehyung like their own brother.

He pulled Taehyung for a hug, at first Taehyung got a bit taken aback but when he realised who it was he hugged Namjoon back. He really needed a hug badly.

"H-hyung, s-she is le-leaving me." Taehyung said hiccuping. He was crying like a five year old kid.

Others entered the room as well. Everyone was in tears seeing how badly Taehyung was crying. He was standing in y/n's room and every bit of it was reminding him about her making it harder for him.

"Tae, why are you giving up so easily on me? Won't you try anymore? Will you now stop loving me?" A voice echoed in Taehyung's ear and he immediately jolted up breaking the hug.

He knows the voice it belonged to y/n, his y/n.

He looked here and there confusedly. Everyone had same expression seeing him searching for something or certain someone.

"What is it Tae?"
Jin asked.

"Hyung, I heard y/n. She was here, talking to me." Everyone shared glances realising he is hallucinating which is a big problem.

Taehyung heard once again, "Tae, you promised too that you will never give up on me. Why are you giving up on me then? Save me Tae, save me."

"Y/NAAH I AM SORRY, I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME. I WILL SAVE YOU." Taehyung yelled talking to the air, seeing his condition scared everyone.

"Tae, stop. What are you talking? Y/n is not here. Please calm down." Jimin said coming near Tae but stopped on his track as Taehyung rushed out of the room and entered his bedroom where y/n was.

His parents looked at him, his condition was worst. His total form ruined as he looked insane. True, the person who was keeping him sane was lying their on the bed. Fighting with death. His eyes red, tears not stopping to flow even for a moment.

"Y/naah" He called softly just like he used to always, his voice filled with all the emotions. He sat beside her bed on a chair and slowly took her hand into his.

Rubbing it he slowly kissed on her palm.

"Y/naah forgive me, I won't give up on you. I know you are feeling scared being away from your Taehyung, please come back. I love you y/n. I love you." Tears continuously falling down which even though he was trying to wipe off from his face but was failing miserably as his tears just continued to flow.

Everyone including Taehyung's parents and his brothers were in pain as well but nothing compared to the pain that Taehyung felt for y/n. He was seeing all his dreams that he saw with her getting shattered infront of his eyes.

Being so powerful, he always has a solution to every problem but not for this one. Right now he was powerless.

Tears and pleads was the only thing he had rest all depended on the fate, which is a little too cruel when it comes to them.

"Y/n you know I have always dreamt about giving you all the happiness you didn't get. I was supposed to complete your studies and make you successful in life. I was supposed to make you stronger to give punishment to the ones who did wrong to you. I was supposed to marry you. We were supposed to have a happy family. Won't you love to marry me and a happy family? Tell na y/naah I am dying to hear your voice. Please don't be like that please talk to me. Please."

He was begging, while others could only stand and watch how miserable he was feeling.

All they could wonder was, was this the end of their love story? Did really a beautiful love story like them will end up being defeated by the fate? But then even Gods can't go against the fate, they are just humans a mere puppet.
