'Yadi mai tumse kahu ki mai Chauhan pariwaar ke sadasyon (members) ka raksha karna chahta hu tho kya tum mujh par viswas karogi..?' Virendra asked Chandrakanta.
'Ha yadi tum naksha dhundhne mei mera sahayata (help) karogi tho tum jo karne jaa rahi ho uske vishay mei mai maun (chup) rahunga..' Virendra added.
'Mai kya karne wali hu..?' Chandrakanta asked him.
'Khatarnak setu (bridge)..' Virendra said hitting the bridge a bit. Chandrakanta understood that he learnt her plan and she had no other choice.
'Tho mai kal tak aapke mukh se subh samachar (good news) sunne ki pratiksha (wait) karunga..' Virendra said.
Chandrakanta disguised herself as Basanti and went to the head of Chauhan family's room. She was searching here and there when she heard a sound of someone coming. So she hid herself behind a pillar with a curtain.
Basanti's grandmother came inside and she saw a piece of dress behind a pillar and understood that it's her granddaughter as it's Basanti's dress.

Basanti's grandmother calls her and she asks to keep the hairclip in a box (in ancient days, people used to save things in boxes). Basanti's grandmother asked her not to touch any silver color box as it contains precious items in it. Chandrakanta hid her face with a veil and took the hair clip from her grandmother and kept it in a box.
She came outside and after sometime she was in her normal dress and she meets Basanti. Basanti asks where she is leaving while she says that she has to go to her house. They hear Basanti's grandmother beating Basanti's father Drupad and he cries in pain while Chandrakanta finally reaches her home and she visits her parents.
Shyamala asks what trouble she caused now at Chauhan's residence and then she answers that Virendra Singh is the one who stayed at Chauhan's place to search for Vijaynagar's map. She was afraid and she informs her parents that Virendra suspects that the ordnance (yudh samagri) sold by her granduncle Achyuta was bought by Vijaynagar and her parents ask her not to tell anyone.
On the other hand, Virendra opens the map of Vijaynagar and he sees it along with Nakush and Das. Das questions why Virendra didn't search himself and went through all the trouble and got indebted to Chandrakanta. Nakush replies that the Emperor was kind and he shouldn't punish generals like Drupad Chauhan as he is loyal.
They got happy as the map will help the soldiers to stop the rebel of Vijaynagar and thus saving the emperor who is about to travel to the west where Vijaynagar is..
'Yadi vidrohi (rebels) ko lage ki maharaj unke peeche pade hai tho vo kya karenge..?' Virendra asks them.
'Vo bhaybeet (afraid) honge aur pehle vaar (attack) karenge taaki unko laab (profit) ho..' Das answers while Nakush questions what their next step should be.. Virendra replies that they should trap them and capture them.
A soldier is sent to PRINCE SIDDHSEN'S house and he pretends to be a thief and he escapes from there. Prince Siddhsen was informed about the robber and he gets mad as they can't catch the thief. A servant comes running and informs Prince Siddhsen that General Virendra Singh surrounded them with the soldiers.
Prince Siddhsen comes out and he sees the soldiers and Virendra standing outside his house. He asks what's the matter and why he is visiting them this late at night. Virendra replies that he heard that there was a thief and they want to catch him.
Virendra then excuses and says that a bridge in Chauhan's house also got damaged and people will be scared and ask him to co-operate while Prince Siddhsen gets angry.
Virendra leaves as they found nothing and Virendra says that Siddhsen's father fought with many soldiers and helped Emperor Dhananjay to acquire 10 thousand miles of land and hence Virendra questions that Prince Siddhsen wouldn't let the Emperor down and he says that he wouldn't.
The next day Chandrakanta's family went to the Chauhan's house as it was Basanti's grandmother's birthday. Drupad and Basanti welcomes their guests. The parents leave and Shyamala warns Chandrakanta not to make any trouble and leaves.
Chandrakanta looks at Basanti and tells her the meaning of what her mother told. If Chandrakanta makes any trouble this time, she would be spanked cruelly and she should be patient and not create any trouble this time.
Chandrakanta pretends to have a stomachache and asks Basanti that she should attend her guests and she will go to the restroom herself as she stayed there for 2 days.
After Basanti left, Chandrakanta went to the bridge and she pushed a log that supports the bridge and she kept a small wood piece as a support. This was witnessed by Tej Ahluwalia as he was passing from there. He left.
Basanti came to the young ladies area and she was arguing with Sugandha (Chandrakanta's enemy). After sometime, Chandrakanta enters and then ladies laugh at how she got exposed that day regarding the matter of Uttej or Virendra.
Maya Ahluwalia, Tej's cousin speaks ill of Chandrakanta. Tej came there and he heard what Maya said, so he asked her to be quiet and not to speak bad of someone. He also informs her that he came there due to his aunt's instructions.
Sugandha then mocks Tej about how their families were discussing about breaking off the engagement. Chandrakanta stands up for Tej and supports him while he shows her his gratitude. Princess Jaganmohini asks everyone to be quiet as they are guests who came to attend Basanti's grandmother's birthday banquet.
On the other hand, the young men were playing a game where one should throw an arrow into a big vase. Prithvi Vallabh threw an arrow and everyone applaused for him. Virendra enters inside.
Prithvi welcomes him and asks him to throw an arrow into the vase while Virendra throws it without even looking at it and he says that when he fires an arrow it takes a person's life and it's a playful thing (bachchhon ka khel) for him.
Virendra then asks that the scenery is more beautiful in the other area and he asks Prithvi to join to praise the beauty of the flowers. Prithvi looks at Virendra being astonished. Virendra and other men went forward and saw grass all over while Prithvi asked where the flowers were..
Virendra replies that the young ladies in front of them (at a distance) are the flowers. Prithvi went speechless as he never expected Virendra to behave so strange.
On the other hand, Chandrakanta points that the men at the distance seems familiar.. She then says, is the one in orange color dress Prithvi Vallabh and the one standing beside him is Virendra Singh. The young ladies wanted to have a clear glance at both the handsome hunks so they left for the bridge.
Drupad, Basanti's father remembers about the bridge and he goes forward to stop the ladies. Virendra asks Prithvi to smile while they both look at eachother and smile awkwardly. The ladies climb over the bridge and due to the heavy weight, the bridge falls down and all the ladies fall in a lake.
