Shyamala looks at Balakumaran and then she sighs. Hari comes running and says that many soldiers came to their house while Balakumaran was surprised. He leaves with Shyamala followed by Madhurima (Sworn sister of Shyamala).

'Aap Virendra Singh haina..' Balakumaran asks.

'Ha mai Virendra Singh hu.. Paranthu aapko kaise gyaat hai..?' Virendra asks.

'Kya aap uphaas (kidding) kar rahe hai..? Is rajya mei sabhi sainikon ko gyaat hai ki Virendra Singh kaun hai aur unki kshmta (capability) kya hai..' Balakumaran said. Chandrakanta came out of her room along with Siyali.

'Mujhe maharaj se agya mila hai ki mujhe ek chor ko pakadna hai jo yudh ki samagri ka gaban (embezzlement) mei shaamil hai.. Maine aapki putri ko akasmat chetavani di hai tho mai aapse kshma maangne aaya hu..' Virendra singh said.

'Gaban..? Aapko aise chor ko chodna nahi chahiye.. Aapne bahut achchha kary kiya hai..' Balakumaran said.

'Jaise pita, vaisi putri.. Mai is baat se atyant hi prabhavit hu ki aap kanoon ko samajhte hai..' Virendra singh said.

'Aap aise kyun keh rahe hai..? Kya aap meri putri ko jaante hai..?' Balakumaran asked.

Virendra remembers how he saw her hand and he tells her father that they are not friends but met briefly eachother before.

Chandrakanta asked Siyali whether the soldiers were the same persons who stopped them before. Siyali told her that they seem the same by the voice.

'Kya aapke dad ab Wadiyar pariwar ko shaamil karenge..?' Siyali asked.

'Mujhe bhay hai ki vo mujhe na shaamil kar de..' Chandrakanta replied.

Virendra was taken inside as an honorable guest by Chandrakanta's parents when Chandrakanta whispers something in Siyali's ear.

Virendra orders to bring Achyuta (Chandrakanta's grandfather) and General Balakumaran didn't recognise his uncle (mama). Virendra asks Balakumaran whether he recognised the person or not when he says that if Virendra needs any help, he is always ready to help.

Achyuta's face was shown to Balakumaran and he thinks that due to some misunderstanding, his uncle was captured.

'Mai aapko keval yeh sandesh dene aaya hu ki chahe rajya mei uska kitna bhi oonch pad (position) kyun na ho, mai use chodunga nahi jo rajya ke saath gaddari kare..' Virendra singh said.

'Ek aur baat.. Mai apna dhanyawad dene aaya hu..' Virendra singh said. Siyali who came with a bowl heard what Virendra said. She came near Chandrakanta and said that Virendra didn't talk I'll of her instead he came to give his gratitude.

Virendra was leaving from there when he noticed that someone was peeping and hearing their conversation. He knew it was Chandrakanta, so he turned and looked towards Balakumaran.

'Pariwaar se pehle rajya ke prati nista.. Vo nyay ke liye khadi thi, bina kisi bhay ke, vo bhi apne pariwaar ke khilaaf jaake... Unka yeh andaaz maine keval rajya sabha ke nyay sadasyon mei dekha hai.. Wadiyar pariwaar ki choti kumari ka bhavishya bahut ujjwal hai.. Unko koi kam na samjhe..' Virendra Singh said while Balakumaran replies that he is too flattered to hear that.

'Ab mai apna vidai leta hu..' Virendra Singh said and left.

'Pariwaar se pehle rajya ke prati nista..? Unka tatparya yeh hai ki maine apne pariwaar ke saath dhokha kiya..?' Chandrakanta said.

'Mujhe apne pariwaar sadasyon ko khaid karwane se kisi se bhay nahi..? Tatparya hai ki mai badon ka aadar nahi karti..' Chandrakanta said.

'Aur kya kaha unhone..? Mera andaaz nyay sadasyon ki tarah hai.. Tatparya hai ki mai krodi hu aur ek stree ke baati nahi lagti.. Unhe lagta hai ki mai unka tatparya nahi samajhti..?' Chandrakanta said.

'Videndra Singh.. Aapka itna du-sahas ki aap mera bhalai ka pratifal burai se karoge (she meant to say that he repaid her kindness with evil).. Aap kitne anaitik (immoral) ho..' Chandrakanta said.

On the other hand, Virendra attends the banquet held by the majesty and then he returns back at night. He was walking with his bodyguards near the wall through the guarded place (vo jagah jaha se sainik nazar rakhte hai, palace ke high walls se.. uske ek dam neeche)..

'Shrimant, kya maharaj ne aapko tho uttardayi nahi tehraya ki aapne unhe bina bataye hi is mukdama (case) ka anusandhan (investigate) kar rahe the..?' Nakush asked.

'Maharaj aise kyun karenge..? Shrimant unka godh liya hua putr hai.. Maharaj kabhi yeh bardaast nahi kar sakte..' Das said.

'Shrimant, kya maharaj ne aapko koi agya ya koi sanket diya jisse ki aap pure adhikar se sangdigdon (suspects) ke gharon ka anveshan (search) kar sake aur un par katin se katin dhand ka adhiropit (impose or abuse) kar sake..?' Das asked while Virendra kept silence.

'Kuch mila kya..?' Das asks being curious.

'Tumhe lagta hai ki hum yudh maidan mei hai..? Har baar tum keval yudh ki baatein kyun karte rehte ho..?' Nakush asks Das.

'Aaj hum vijay prapt kar ke laute hai.. Maharaj ne kaha ki hamare gun (merits) hi hamare galtiyon par parda daal dega.. Parantu yudh samagri ka jo mukadama (case) hai, uska anusandhan ko stagit (stop) karne ke liye maharaj ne agya di hai..' Virendra Singh said.

'Tho kya hum mukdame (case) ki anusandhan (investigation) ko stagit (stop) kar rahe hai..?' Nakush asks.

'Maine aisa kab kaha..? Yeh mukadama mere hruday pe kai varshon se ek kaante ki tarah chubhta hai.. Mai anusandhan stagit nahi kar sakta..' Virendra Singh said and walked away.

'Parantu hume anusandhan ko stagit karne ka agya mila na..' Das said.

'Tum kitne murkh ho..' Nakush said. They came outside of the palace and were riding horses. Nakush informs Virendra that they reached Marich's house i.e., Virendra Singh's father's house.

'Hamare lautne ke paschat hum senapati Marich se nahi mile.. Jab hum ranbhoomi mei yudh kar rahe the tho maine afwah suna raj sabha se ki..' Nakush said.

'Raj sabha mei sabhi yahi aarop karte honge ki mai ek aadarniy (who doesn't respect) putr hu..' Virendra Singh said.

'Vaise bhi mere upar kai aarop lagaye hai tho ek aur aarop nuksan nahi karega..' Virendra added.

On the other hand, Varunmala, Lakshmi, Balakumaran and Shyamala were sitting in a room and discussing things about Lakshmi's younger brother who was captured by Virendra singh.

Varunmala says that she hid Lakshmi's brother in the village and she thought that no one can discover him but due to Chandrakanta, he was captured. Varunmala points out that Chandrakanta holds grudges against her and Lakshmi for punishing her once and accuses Chandrakanta to be so cruel.

Lakshmi says that she is a hopeless person and made a poor arrangement that's why her brother got captured. Then they discuss about how Varunmala can hide a criminal as it is a crime and the whole family can be implicated or involved in the crime. Then they argue.
