I woke up early for work and as I drove to work I thought about how Sid said he never got to go to his prom and I'm sure plenty of people on the team had the same problem. I decided that when I got to work I would call coach Johnston and see if I could plan like a Penguins Prom for the players. I could only hope he would say it was okay. I immediately felt the excitement bubble up inside of me at the thought of a Prom for the hockey players.

I walked into the office and didn't even acknowledge Bella's presence as she sat at the front desk.

I picked up my phone and after looking on the penguins site I was able to find a number to call.

"Coach Johnston what can I help you with?" the man said through the phone.

"Hello Mr. Johnston. This is Jenn. I recently planned the Fleurys wedding and I was wondering if it would be okay if I planned a prom for the Penguins players?" I asked hope in my voice.

"Actually that sounds like a fantastic idea. Could you meet me at 3:30 to discuss it a little more?" Coach Johnston said through the phone.

"Yes sir, see you then," I said smiling.

"I have a meeting at 3:30 so don't book anything," I told Bella quickly before walking back into my office.

"With who! You were suppose to meet with the Williams today at 4:00," Bella said coming into the room.

"Well move it, I've got a meeting with Mr. Johnston," I said rolling my eyes at Bella.

"I know for a fact he's not getting married so why are you blowing off our clients?" Bella asked crossing her arms.

"Because I'm trying to do something nice for Sid!" I yelled at her getting frustrated.

"I should have figured it was about him," Bella said rolling her eyes.

"Why the hell are you being such a bitch! you're suppose to be my best friend," I said hurt shining through my voice.

"Because he's just going to hurt you," Bella said shaking her head.

"You don't know that," I said my voice cracking slightly.

"Maybe not, but I do know when you need a shoulder to cry on dont come to me because all I'm going to say is I told you so," Bella said before leaving my office.

I laid my head on my desk and sighed. I can't believe Bella said that. I glanced at the clock and saw it was noon. I decided I would take a long lunch and then meet with Mr. Johnston after. I replied to a couple emails before heading out. I didn't say anything to Bella when I left and the tension in the air was horrible.

I ate lunch at a little cafe and then decided to head to the Consol since it was about 3:00.

I arrived at 3:15 and by the time I was led down to Coach Johnstons office it was 3:30 so I was right on time.

"Hello I'm Mike Johnston," the man said his greying black hair shining against the light that shone above.

"Hello, I'm Jenn," I said smiling and shaking his hand before sitting in the seat across from him.

"Alright so tell me about this Penguins prom idea you have?" Mike said smiling.

I then went into detail about the ideas I had for this prom for the players. I told him how I could have it planned in three weeks and we picked a Saturday when the boys didn't have a game. The theme was going to be A Night Under the Stars and we would have it at a fancy hotel.

"I'm excited. Can you make some flyers to hang up here tomorrow?" Mike asked smiling.

"Sure thing!" I said smiling and shaking his hand before leaving his office.

I started to walk to my car when I thought I heard my name being called. I turned around and saw Sid jogging after me.

"Hey Jenn," Sid said catching up to me smiling his dazzling smile.

"Hey Sid," I said smiling back up at him.

"Are we still on for the movie tonight?" Sid asked taking off his beat up penguins baseball hat and running his fingers through his curly brown hair before placing his baseball cap back on his head.

"Yup," I said smiling at him. I couldn't help, but smile at Sid. He just made me feel different than any guy has before. I shouldn't be saying that because we were only friends, but I couldn't help it.

"Alright see you tonight," Sid said smiling.

"Alright bye Sid," I said smiling.

I walked out of Consol and into the chilly air letting it embrace me as I quickened my pace to my car.

I got in my car and went to the store getting some chips and candy and of course a box of tissues. You can't watch The Fault In Our Stars without tissues am I right?

I got home and cleaned up my house a little bit before I set out the snacks and then changed out of my work clothes and put on a pair of jeans and a baggy white sweater.

I heard a knock on the door and knew it was Sid.

"Hey right on time," I said smiling as Sid came in.

"These are for you," Sid said smiling handing me some beautiful flowers.

"Thanks Sid," I said smiling and looking into his twinkling brown eyes. I quickly averted my gaze and went to put them in a vase.

"You ready for this?" I asked smiling as I put the movie in the DVD player.

"I guess as ready as I can be," Sid said laughing as I plopped down beside him on the couch. As much as I wanted to cuddle into his side I knew I couldn't. As the movie started I focused only on the movie.
