Your P.O.V
I woke up in a room that was really bright and a very familiar constant beeping noise.
A flashback went through my mind. Dark dirt covered walls, i was strapped to a table. The same constant beeping noise. Then orechimaru coming out of the shadows with a needle in his fingers.
I screamed and jumped out of the bed, ripping out everything and running for the door. Before i got there though, the door opened to revel a few people with animal masks. I stopped in tracks and started to Back away as they approached me.
One of them suddenly lunged for me. I screamed again and spun around, kicking him clear through the wall next to us. A different one tried to get me. I back flipped away. She went after me again. I dodged under her grasp and punched her stomach. Which sent her flying into the guy behind her.
To be safe i froze all their hands to whatever they were touching. It would melt in a few hours, but that's plenty of time for me to run.
I jumped out the window and ran for the woods. After running for maybe 17 minutes, i came across a nice little clearing. It had a lot of open space and a small pond in the middle of it. By the pond was a boy with blond hair and an orange jump suit. He was just sitting on the edge of the pond with the his knees pulled up to his chest and his arms over them.
I looked at his face, weird little whisker like things on his cheeks, but his blue eyes are what caught me. They held the same thing as Gaara. Pain, alone, sadness, even though there was a small smile on his face. I could tell he was hiding a lot underneath it.
I was able to get out of the forest line, across the clearing and could almost touch him, before he noticed me. He jumped up and stepped back a bit, but that made him fall into the pond behind him. I leaned over the edge to get a better look. The boy came up sputtering.
Once he was done, i held out my hand for him. He looked at me weird, but took my hand. I pulled him out of the water, then stepped back a bit.
" My name is Crystal. I'm new around here. Can i ask for your name? "
???: " I am Naruto Uzumaki and i'm gonna be hokage!! Believe it!! "
I laughed at him a little. He seems to have a lot of energy. Naruto held out his hand, so i shook it and smiled.
Naruto's P.O.V
She actually shook my hand and smiled at me. There's something different about her. That or she literally doesn't know anything about me.
I suddenly remembered i had training today.
" O, shoot! I'm late for training! "
Crystal: " Mind if i tag along? "
I shook my head and took off running. With a glance to the side, i could see Crystal was keeping right up with me.
As i stumbled in to the training grounds, Crystal gasped. I looked to her, she was staring right at sensi.
Crystal: " KAKASHI! "
She ran to him and glomped him in a hug. We all stared at her like she was a different creature or something.
Crystal: " I never got to thank you for saving me. "
Kakashi: " It was nothing, but you are welcome. "
Crystal let go of Kakashi and stepped back. Only to be grabbed by an anbu.
Crystal: " What the heck is wrong with you people!?! I didn't do anything! "
She struggled against the anbu's hold. Then without warning she headbutted the anbu's face, stomped on his foot, jabbed her elbow into his chest, got free from his now loose hold and turned around punching the guy in the jaw. The anbu flew a few feet before landing on the ground and continued to roll.
Then Crystal turned around again and dove behind Kakashi. Not even a second later more anbu entered the clearing.
Kakashi wrapped one arm around Crystal and brought her to the side of him. He nodded to the anbu, they nodded back and disappeared.
Kakashi: " Training is cancelled for today. See you later. "
Him and Crystal disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving me, Sasuke and Sakura wondering what in the world just happened.
Kakashi's P.O.V
I transported us to right in front of the hokage office. Crystal looked a little dazed, then shook her head, blinked and smiled at me. I put my hand on her shoulder and led her into the office.
Hokage: " Hello Crystal. "
Crystal: " How the heck do you know my name? "
Hokage: " I've heard a bit about you from Kakashi. I'm sorry if the anbu were causing you grief. "
Crystal: " Well, i'm pretty sure i caused them some grief to. "
Hokage: " Kakashi here tells me you were held captive by Orechimaru. Is that correct? "
Crystal's face darkened, but in her eyes you could see fear.
Crystal: " Yes i was. For two years actually. I'm sorry i can not give you any information. I was only in two rooms the whole time. One for my sleeping and eating. The other was where he liked to try different experiments on me. I was blindfolded every time i left either of those rooms. "
I stared at her a little shocked. Even though you could partially see her fear. She stood strong and gave detail about her experiences.
Hokage: " Well then, now that that's out of the way. Would you like to be a leaf ninja? From what i've heard about your skills, you could be your own team. "
Crystal: "Yes sir, i would like to be a leaf ninja. "
The hokage handed her a headband. Crystal took it and tied ti around her head.
Hokage: " Now one last thing, living arrangements..."
Crystal: " Sorry to interrupt you, but what about Naruto Uzumaki? Would it be ok for me to live with him? "
Both me and the hokage had to blink a few times before the hokage could recover himself.
Hokage: " Yes, he has plenty of room. He lives by himself. he could use the company. "
He waved his hand and the anbu behind him disappeared. About a minute later there was a knock at the door.
Naruto entered the room looking rather confused.
Hokage: " Naruto Uzumaki, Crystal here has requested that she live with you. Would you show her to your house now? "
Naruto: " Sure thing old man. Come on Crystal. "
Crystal bowed to the hokage and waved good-bye to me. Then followed Naruto to her new home.
