Blair Parker is mostly known for her infamous cousin, Justin Bieber. Blair lives in Los Angeles, California with her boyfriend, Devin Porter, they have been together for a year and decided to move into an apartment together. Devin is very protective over Blair, which Blair loves but also finds annoying because she can't talk to guys without Devin thinking she's gonna get taken away from him.

Blair was not originally born in Canada, she was adopted by this really nice family that lived in Canada after her parents died in a car crash when she was just a baby. Blair decided to go to LA for the first time when she was 16 and that was when she met Devin. Devin and Blair were friends before they started dating, Devin was 17 when he met Blair. About three years later they started dating, Blair was 19 and Devin was 20, she is still 19 and he is now 21.

Blair's birthday is October 16th which still makes her 19, she has never exactly enjoyed her birthday mainly because she has always wanted to spend it with her birth parents but she can't. Her parents and friends always threw her the biggest parties to make her feel better and it worked for a little bit but she has always just wanted to be with her birth parents even if it was for 30 minutes.

Now before we get more into Blair's life, we are going to talk about Tate McRae.

Tate McRae was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, she is a singer, songwriter, and dancer. She has done dancing since she was little and has been singing ever since she was 13, she is now 20 years old. Tate has done many tours with some of her shows being in Los Angeles, California.

Blair did dance when she was younger and ended up dancing with Tate, so Tate and Blair knew each other before. Blair's mom and Tate's mom know each other because they went to school together. Tate and Blair have known each other since they were little kids, but don't really remember much since they haven't seen each other in a few years.
