Flashback continued
Blair's pov:
August 10th
It was the next morning and I decided to take a shower whenever I woke up. Once I was done in the shower I got dressed and did my hair before I grabbed my phone and went to the kitchen. I saw that Devin was still here, which I found weird especially since he basically broke up with me.
"What are you still doing here, Devin?" I said looking at Devin
"I live here, Blair." Devin said
"You broke up with me last night and then you forced me to have sex with you after I told you I didn't want to." I said
"I have no fucking clue what you are talking about." Devin said
"Of course you don't because you were probably drunk whenever all of this shit happened." I said, "So I'm guessing we're still technically together since you don't remember breaking up with me." I said sighing
"I guess so, unless you don't want to be." Devin responded, "I wouldn't expect you to stay with me but it's up to you." Devin said shrugging his shoulders
"I don't really care if I'm being completely honest." I said, "I'm going over to Carley's place." I said leaving the room
I grabbed my keys and then walked out the door before Devin could say anything else. I got in my car, started it, put my seatbelt on and then I pulled out of the driveway. After about ten mints I arrived at Carley's house. I turned my car off, took my seatbelt off and got out of my car. I knocked on Carley's front door seeing her open the door.
"What are you doing here?" Carley asked
"I wanted to apologize about last night and I also need to talk to you." I responded
"Okay, come on in." Carley said
I went inside and went into the living room and sat down on the couch.
"Do you want a water while I'm up?" Carley asked
"Yes, please." I replied
Carley came into the living room and handed me the water bottle before she sat down.
"Thank you." I said
"Of course." Carley replied with a smile
"Listen, I'm sorry for how I reacted last night whenever you suggested I tell Devin about Mackenzie and I. I know you were just trying to help and everything, I ended up telling him just to let you know." I said
"Blair, it's okay. I'm not mad at you and I see why you didn't want to tell him, I just didn't see your side of it." Carley said, "You look very tired. Are you okay?" Carley asked
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about." I replied
"What's wrong?" Carley asked
"Last night whenever Devin got home I told him about Mackenzie and I, he and I got into a small argument. He broke up with me and then he forced me to have sex with him, I couldn't sleep at all after what happened and then this morning he pretended like none of this happened." I said
"I'm so sorry, Blair. He's not a good person for you and I'm sorry he did this to you." Carley said
"I just never thought he would do this out of all things. He doesn't seem like that type of guy, guess I was wrong." I said
"So are you guys broken up or are y'all still together?" Carley asked
"We're still together but I don't think we should be." I said
"You can stay here, I honestly don't expect you to go back home right now." Carley said
"Thank you so much. I can't deal with him right now." I said
"You're always welcome here." Carley said with a smile
"You are literally the best." I said smiling
"I know I am." Carley said laughing
"I'm gonna try and take a nap." I said
"Do you want to sleep here on the couch or do you want to sleep in my bed?" Carley asked
"I'll go sleep in your bed if that's okay with you." I said
"It's fine, I'm just gonna be in here." Carley said
"Okay, well I'll see you whenever I wake up." I said getting up
"See you in a little bit." Carley said
I walked to Carley's room and set my phone on her side table before I took my shoes off and got into her bed. I grabbed my phone and set an alarm for an hour. After laying there for a little bit I ended up falling asleep.
I woke up when I heard my alarm go off, I turned it off and grabbed my phone before walking out of Carley's room. I sat next to Carley on the couch and grabbed her phone out of her hands.
"We should go get some food." I said
"Sounds good, but first give me my phone back." Carley said reaching for her phone
"Why do you need your phone so bad?" I asked genuinely curious
"No reason." Carley said shrugging her shoulders
"So you wouldn't mind if I look at your phone?" I asked
"Okay, I'm talking to this guy." Carley admitted
"Is he cute at least?"
"Girl, you have a whole boyfriend."
"My boyfriend is an asshole and I want to know if he's cute for you."
"I'll show you a picture of him once you give me my phone back."
"Fine, but only because I really want to see what he looks like." I said handing Carley her phone back
"There was no guy at all. I can't believe you fell for that." Carley said laughing
"Are you fucking serious right now?"
"I'm so serious. Now let's go get food I'm starving."
"I can't believe you really did that."
"Well I had to get my phone back somehow and that was the only thing I could think of to do."
"That was really clever though."
"Why thank you." Carley said smiling
