Wick's room📍

"So wait, J.T.'s mom is the snow queen?" Wick asked

"Yes, Wick, how many times do we have to go over this nigga?" I said

"I can't believe it, she doesn't seem like a drug lord." Wick stated

"That's exactly how she's getting away with it; she's playing the mother-and-wife role." Darrian answered

"Alright, so what information did you get on her?" I asked Darrian.

"Well As I suspected, my darling J.T. is unaware of his mother's drug operation and believes that, when she leaves, she is shopping with the money his father has sent them.

"Of course he's oblivious; he's a fucking dumb ass." I said under my breath

"I heard that and Don't talk about him like that; he ain't built for that kind of lifestyle; he doesn't know the signs." Darrian said defending him

"So who's J.T.'s father anyway? I assumed J.T. didn't have a father he never brought him up to me during our ball games." I asked

"Well JT gives him  the silent treatment; he doesn't like to talk to him  most the time he isn't even there and his father is always cheating on his mother so I understand why ."

"If he sends them money every month, is he involved as well?" I asked

"I'm not sure, but she uses the family allowance to buy the drugs and has people like you and Blu sell them for her."

"Damn, that's messed up. The whole family allowance on cocaine is crazy," Wick said.

She's probably making twice as much, and I'm sure she has a hidden account from her husband." I said

So how do we bring her down? We can't just call the cops and tell them to arrest her because we owe her drug money and can't afford to repay her. Won't they be suspicious of us? Darrian asked

"We won't tell them anything personally; we can just send them an anonymous tip to avoid any dirt on our hands. We have the photos we have Blu's warehouse location. basically we're doing the hard work for them; they just need to bust in and get her and get the drugs.

"You know, D, you have good detective skills. Let me find out you are going undercover for 12." Darrian said and laughed.

"Don't play with me like that. I'm only doing this for you and my son's safety; other than that, it's fuck 12." I said

"Chill, chill, it's a joke." Wick said and laughed

"You know what meeting  adjourned; get out." I said to wick

"Nigga, this is my room; you forgot." Wick asked

"My bad, but I have to talk to Darrain. Can you give us a minute?"

"I guess, bro," Wick said as he exited the room.

Darrian sat on Wick's bed, waiting for me to say something.

"You know, I'm really proud of you. I know this ain't easy doing this, but you are in survival mode for our son." I said proudly

"You know it's war over him and a little bit for you too."

"Damn, only a little?" I inquired.

"Be lucky you got that boy; I'm still not over how you treated me those first few months." Darrian replied

"I know I deserve it. I'm just happy we're in a better place now." I said

"Promise me we won't go back to that no matter what; we need to be able to have a cordial conversation no matter how mad at each other we are or what happens between us."

"I Promise Darrian"

"Great, so what do we do next?" Darrian asked

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Next in our plan?"

"Theirs nothing next; I told you what I was going to do." I said

"I? I thought we were going to do this together." Darrian stated

"Darrian, your seven months, did you think I'd let you lead us in taking down a drug lord?" You did your part, for which I am grateful, but you can chill now. Just sit back and let shit play out."

"I guess your right maybe I just got a little to excited all my life has been about recently Is the baby, school and work and you" Darrian said

"Yeah once this over with I promise I want be anymore trouble, not even to your weak ass boyfriend" DD exclaimed

"Boy hush" Darrian said as he hit DD's shoulder

"Do you miss us?" I asked

"Some parts" Darrian answered

"These parts?" I said as i pulled Darrian into a deep kiss and holding his pregnant stomach

Darrian pushed DD's shoulders, attempting to pry the boy's lips from his.

"DD please stop" Darrian exclaimed

"What why?"  I asked confused

"You know I can't do that to J.T, and you just promised not to be a bother to me, and now you're trying to sabotage what me and him have."

"OK, sorry, your right." It was a mistake for me to kiss you."

"DD you can't be doing that I love you but it's not the same love from 7 months ago I've cried and I've moved on you have to accept it "

"I understand"

"I should go now" Darrian said

"Yeah sure I'll walk you out" I replied

"No" I know my way out but can you do me a favor?" Darrian asked

"Sure" what is it?" I asked

"Don't mention this to J.T please"

"Don't worry I won't "
