Plot: For 16 years of her life, never once has Miyuki had a haircut even though she has an incredible talent of cutting and styling other peoples hair and under her hair she hides a man killer face.
But on the first day of school a series of unfortunate events happen, first her hair is slammed between the door then in art class her hair falls into a bucket of paint and lastly the kids from her neighborhood spat chewing gum into her hair which forces her to cut it.
When she goes to get a proper haircut at the barber she meets a boy a year older than her that does an amazing job at cutting her hair. But when the boy gets attracted to her face and blurts out 'Will You Go Out With Me' what will Miyuki do?
