Dear, Commander Reznov. It has come to our attention that something very dangerous has occurred due to a very startling energy reading. We fear the sirens are utilizing nuclear technologies now and so on behalf of the Eagle Union I am sending one of our top scientists to the Azur Lane base.

Scientist Donna von Percival is our head researcher on Siren technology and will help you upgrade and combat this new threat. With the recent disappearance of the old commander I fear our secrets were given to the enemy.

I fear we have awoken a monster. God Speed commander. I dictate this letter to you in hopes you are the one to finally end this war.
