Unlikely Allies and Friends

"You called, Father?" Dreamweaver asked, much to the surprise of everyone aside from the Siren.

"Wait wait wait!" Hornet yelled, inadvertently hurting Kaisers ears due to his hearing, "YOUR THE FATHER OF THE SIRENS?!?"

"Ok One) Watch the volume of your voice that hurts like heck. Two) No I am not, not the way your thinking. This is more of a recent position but one I'm happy to take none the less."

*timeskip 5 minutes*

We were sitting in the cafeteria after I got done explaining the situation, minus a few details since little Unicorn was still next to me and in ear shot. They now know the Sirens apparently view me as a Father since me and Empress, who they now know took the Human name Kaiserin, has declared me her "mate" in her own words.

What's not going smoothly is Purifier...

"Dream dear, since your the most mature of the two please take Purifier and explain what's going on... I don't want to run the risk of her accidentally blowing something up..." I asked the adorable jellyfish nicely

"I will get on it, seeing as I am one of few being able to put things into words she can understand. Leave it to me Father." I saw her teleport somewhere.

Enterprise seemed the most shocked but took it quite well. The Royal Navy took a liking to Observer Zero due to her more formal nature. Thought it seems everyone is still startled they are calling me their dad. Hell even I was taken back but won't lie... love em like my own kids.

Kaiserin, as she has requested to be called since she no longer is an enemy, has barely left my side. She also has taken a liking to Unicorn, who in turn has called her "Momma" a few times, much to the surprised and joy of the maid who's name I leaned was Illustrious.

Valentina has warmed up to me, I do not blame her for her hesitation, considering her predecessor still stains my main battery. But she has confided in me the top brass thinks the new sirens are going to fully wipe them out. From what Kaiserin told us the new Arbiter is named The Devil XV. Which concerns me...

Soon I found myself in the kitchen with a woman named Arizona. Nice lady, she seemed skeptical of my help but some convincing and we are making a feast in celebration of our newfound partnership. Tomorrow though I am to discuss the plan to reunite the other factions.. and to address the person who sent me that letter when I was first here.

"Your accent Kaiser, I must say it reminds me of Texas. One of the States.." I hear Arizona say to me

"I know, but from where I am there is no "America" or "Europe" it's just Terra... My accent is similar yes because I am no noble. Yes my Mutter was a Queen but she was not my true mother by blood. She took me in when I was... oh around 46... 4600... either that or when I was closer to 45." I explained as I was chopping the meat and veggies. I hear her stop with the pans and look to see her face. Confusion plastered all over it.

"4-4600? Four thousand six-hundred?? Kaiser man how old are you??"

"Haha! One) ouch, I'm hurt you think I'm an old coot. Two) uh 4750.. right now my minds on other things so I can't tell you my exact age."

She's looking at me like I just told her she's my long lost daughter.

"You- your older than most the countries! I apologize in advance but your a living fossil!"

I couldn't help but laugh. Yea guess I am..

"Heh guess I am. Would you be a dear and light the stove for me? I'm almost done chopping the ingredients." She nods and goes to the stove.

The gas turns on but... no spark soon I hear her curse and mutter

"Dammit... pilot lights not working... and we don't have a spare lighter right now..."

"I got a solution." She looks at me puzzled and watches me waddle my way over to the stove now holding a pot.

I set the pot on the stove and turn back on the gas, getting my hand free I open my palm and soon a spark of fire ignited in my hand. I wave it towards the stovetop, seeing it light up a wonderful blue hue.

"I- I am speechless..." was all she could mutter.

"I'm not a one trick pony you know. You think my tail and horns are for show?"

"Wh- You know... I didn't actually notice you had a tail... I think I just got used to it so quickly... I mean some of us have animal traits..."

I get the feeling to show off, I turn around and my love is looking directly at me. Doing the same motion I did to her when I make that fire art.

"Hey Arizona? Wanna see a cafeteria full of people go from laughing to utter bewilderment?" I ask with a wide toothy grin

"Uh... I am afraid to answer but my curiosity has gotten the better of me. Do it." I nod my confirmation

I close my eyes and concentrate my power. Soon embers start to fly in the air and people take notice. Enterprise was the first to call attention and tell everyone to be quiet. Valentina is looking more confused by the second.

Soon the embers condense in the air, center of the room into a flowing ball. Someone yelps, another gasps.

The ball morphs and shifts soon taking the shape of a dragon, it roars with no sound but you can tell what it's doing. It stretches its wings and takes flight. People are in amazement wondering where it's coming from. Soon eyes fall on me, seeing my hands out and my concentration they connect the dots and know I'm the one doing it.

The dragon dives onto a table, briefly snuffing out before turning into a dazzling blue and being replaced by a great white shark. It swims from table to table, being greeted by each person. I even notice briefly Enterprise smile.

The shark soon makes its way to Kaiserin. Before stopping, everyone is amazed and from the whispering is wondering what's about to happen.
The flame grows hotter as it turns white, then a lone figure takes shape, one with a head of horns and a tail.

The man walks to her, briefly bows and blows a kiss before turning into a heart shaped smoke ring.

I briefly fall to the counter, that much concentration drains me. Arizona catches me saying

"Kaiser that's beautiful! But please don't push yourself." Heh she worries for me like I'm her dad.. wouldn't be the first time..

I regain my balance and walk over to where my love is sitting. Getting shouts of amazement and wonder, some even asking for me to do it again. I have to speak above the crowd explaining it takes a lot of energy to do that.

Soon I'm behind her, and like usual wrap my arms and tail around her, getting a hum of acceptance in response.

"How'd you like the show Darlin? Never done something that large before."

"It was perfect Kaiser. You never cease to amaze me.."

Everything felt nice... felt like a family. I'm going to be happy.

But it never lasts...

*BOOM*

My happiness never lasts...
