Reunited Gameplan

As I take a seat at the end of the, admittedly quite large table, Love just decided to float next to me. Showoff heh..

I take out a pencil and paper and start drawing, look I may be old but I still do things. Loves watching me intently. Some seconds pass and the doors open. Queen Elizabeth, Hood, Enterprise and... Someone I didn't expect...

"Well I'll be fuckin dammed." I say as I stand at my full height to the portly man who just entered.

"Oh if it isn't you. Ha!" He says as we shake arms

"Theodore Roosevelt, You absolute bastard how have you been?" The room goes quiet soon Valentina speaks up

"Kaiser... Your.. you know your speaking to the President of the United States yes?"

I look at the mustached man in front of me "Your president? HA! Last I saw you were Vice President, good to see your moving up in the world."

"Indeed, after McKinley was assassinated I took office. And to answer your question Valentina yes he knows who I am."

(A/N: Due to a friend online reading my stories I'm making Ole Teddy here completely different in honor of him. Won't change story just be a small divergence.)

"You see commander, Theodore here isn't a normal human. He's a traveler, he's been in my world before. We'd send letters for a while but we both got caught up in things."

"Yes yes sorry about that by the way, the electoral campaign was a lot more troublesome than I anticipated, how's the family? How's Kal doing?" He asked as he sat across from me

"Oh they are doing fine and she is her usual stoic self. But onto more important things yes? Best not to confuse the ladies here." I say as I waltz over to the rug, to the confusion of most except Theodore and Valentina. I move the rug and show a trap door.

Inside the door is a floor safe full of exotic liquor and Valentina is looking very embarrassed. I take a couple bottles and glasses before moving things back into place, I start pouring us some liquor and Teddy starts to speak.

"So," he starts as he looks towards the 3 women on one side of the table "These are the 3 that launched an attack on us? I got to say you 3 have grit. Detaching from Azur Lane over ideology then fighting us... I can't blame you though, you were made in humanities image and we do the exact same thing..." he sighs and takes out a cigar "Anyone mind if I smoke? I'll open a window so nobodies sense of smell is overwhelmed." Everyone just shrugs

I open a window and use my fire to light his cigar getting a thank you in response. I chime in "Yea they didn't do much damage, Kaiserin here is the one who stopped the Kitsune Sisters while I stopped Bismarck and that carrier."

He nods, "And you Enterprise, I hear you were the one to find my dear friend here? Or well he found you. The old bastard always had a Mack for helping those in need" I shot him the middle finger and he laughed, Valentina looks like she's going to die at any minute and the 3 Crimson Axis ladies are looking bewildered that I'm just being so casual in front of the most powerful government official.

Kaiserin speaks up "I was the one to pull him here, I knew we needed help. The siren who overthrew me are more bent on destruction than evolution and with that I learned we don't need to fight to evolve. I promise on my name as the Arbiter of the Sirens I will help when this is over."

Teddy nods , seems he doesn't mind the help. Finally he turns to the Commander "Val, I need you to be on standby. As my letter mentioned a one Doctor Vogel is coming here. She is going to help study what erm... Kaiserin... here seems us access to with her technology. She will be here within two weeks at most. Otherwise keep an eye on Radar, and Kaiser my good friend you should come to the Whitehouse! It's been lonely without your jokes you know? And it's boring being president sometimes. I will leave these 3 in your care Kaiser since they seem to be very afraid." He stands up and we shake hands before he leaves he turns to the 3 former axis members "I do hope you don't cause my friend trouble. I would hate to see your deaths be in vain."

With that he leaves and so I start speaking "Alright. Akagi, Kaga, Bismarck, you 3 are now under my watch. Your ships will be given back to you under one condition: your ships don't leave my ships side in port. For now i will house you on my ship since I have more than enough room. Should you wish to decorate let me know. Now I must go I have someone I need to meet." With that I get up to leave, I hear the voices of all the women fade away..

*5 minute skip*

Here I sit in my ships rec room... Looking at an item I've always had a connection to. A simple paintbrush with the ink still intertwined with its fibers. I grab it looking over it fondly, I still remember when she gave it to me. I kneel before the brush thinking..

"You know Doctor? Very few people I enjoy being with." I feel Dusk place her hand on my shoulder.

"You aren't a bad person to be around, just need some time to warm up. You know how long it took Ling to like me, and Nian... I think she was just in it for my cooking." I said in a mock hurt tone

She laughed, how beautiful to see such a stoic person laugh "Yea I guess. Anyways Doctor I have something for you.. Just so you never forget me in your travels." She hands me a brush, more importantly one of her brushes. Still with the ink..

"Dusk... I know the significance of this kind of thing... are you sure about this?" I can't help but ask, what she is giving me is not just a paintbrush but an artifact of her power..

"You have earned my trust and loyalty Kaiser. Of course I'm sure. Whenever you wish to see me just meditate and it will bring you to one of my worlds, I will know if you enter and will meet you." She says as she walks away but not before saying

"I am thankful you are here Kaiser. A friend in this world is so hard to come by. Stay safe."

And with that she was gone. Soon I was shaken awake when my ship rocked back and forth by a wave..

"It was a memory..." I mumbled. Before I could continue I sensed someone.

"Love you can come out, your allowed to walk my ship any time you wish." I said without standing

"So you still can sense me my Leibe. I saw you meditating with a paintbrush and heard you mumble something about memories, what's on your mind dear?" She asked softly as she knelt beside me, taking me into a hug.

"This is a memento from a friend.. she gave it to me so we may meet in our travels if we ever separated from our lives at Rhodes Island. I Olán to visit her as I'm sure she's worried. If you'd like I can take you with me, I'm sure she'd like you." I say holding her back

"If you'd allow me dear I would love this. She seems like she meant a lot to you and you to her." She said lazily while entranced by the Brush, it's beautiful hues of black and blue mixing to create a color of the abyss.

"Then we must meditate on it. Since I have the connection I will do the meditation. Just sit by my and rest your mind, you will be pulled with me."

I do wonder how Amiya is doing... I feel bad that I was taken so abruptly.. but it's time to meet someone.
