An Old Mans Stories and The Savior

I am still in my changshan... need to change out of it, didn't think it would follow me. Beats the hell out of that gown. I look towards Enterprise and tell her to follow, loves does too.

"Now Enterprise, reason being why you couldn't wake either me or her was because we were... dreaming in a sense."

She looks puzzled yet listens still.

"It's how I can transport my way to the Painted World. See where I come from we have powers called Arts and one of my sister's powers is the ability to make worlds in paintings. That brush you see out there? That's a gateway to her world."

We come to my captains quarters.

"You two can come in I need to change out of this changshan." I say as we all walk into my, admittedly, large Captains Quarters. There's a queen sized bed, a sizable couch, couple arm chairs and a large desk with a computer on it.

I walk towards my closet, thankfully with my retrofit my room was upgraded now I have a walk in closet. As I step in I hear Enty speak

"So Kaiser what arts do you have then?"

I pause for a moment... they never seen the full extent of my power...

"Well you remember that fire display I did? That's my art. I can manipulate atoms and energize them so much I create plasma. Surely you know of nuclear weapons right? I used one, anyways I can cause a miniature explosion like that by fusing atoms together. It takes a lot of my energy and can hurt me but it's possible."

I get done explaining as I walk out my closet holding my shirt. Love speaks up as I turn around

"Kaiser I never mentioned but your back... where did you get such a tattoo..?"  She stands up and walks slowly towards me, analyzing the ink almost as if it's alive.

I raise my arm so she can see it fully.

"I was part of the Lungmen Yakuza. This? This tattoo is a reminder of my family. It was granted to me by their eldest man. He was the leader of leaders, and he had a great power similar to Dusk but with tattoos."

I stiffen under her touch.. remembering something.. my eyes start to tear..

"Love you remember my brother I told you about? Well... he was human... but when he died he fused his soul with my own... the tattoo is alive to some extent, because the Old Man saw my future and gave his soul a vessel."

She examines the dragon on my back and begins to see me get emotional. She stops tracing.

So I stand there...

Showing them a part of my history that I always thought would be forgotten. Enterprise says something quietly, almost to where I couldn't hear

"It's alive no doubt... It has the soul to match.." sometimes I curse my hearing...

"Yea.." I hesitantly say "He's a good reason why I'm so level headed... without him I'd be dead..."

"Without him I'd have given into my rage... given into the monster I'm seen as..." my head hung low. But then?

*Distant Scream*

My head shoots up and so does Kaiserin. We both hear the screech and we rush out, enterprise following suit as I rapidly put on a jacket.

It takes us some moments to get to the base but there's a commotion and I'm pulled aside by someone known as Cleveland

"Kaiser?! Your here! Look someone snuck into base and currently has the Commander Hostage. He's not very happy! He's mentioned you by name but it seems he don't know what you look like. We can't get close without him hurting the commander-" I stop her

"I'll handle this." Cleveland and a few others stoped and looked at me, seeing my eyes glow a purple hue. I turn to Empress and say "Keep the others out kindly, I'm going to show this man what a true fucking monster is."

I begin to walk off into the base not caring to listen to the murmurs.

*Empress POV*

I look towards Cleveland "Ive never seen him this pissed before. But that man is threatening his family so... help me keep people in line while he deals with this."

She nods at me and we begin telling people to back off and give Kaiser some space.

*Valentina POV*

"You- You know? I'd of let you go but now that- *Sharp inhale* That you have hurt me it's not the navy your gonna be worried about-"

*SMACK*

"You really think I'm that fucking stupid!?!?" The man yells angrily "I CAN FUCKING KILL YOU AT A MOMENTS NOTICE AND YOU THREATEN ME!?!?"

*thunp, thump, thump*

The rhythmic beating of heavy footfall can be heard. The man visibly froze. What could make the foundations? His heart sank with every sound

*THUMP, THUMP, THUMP*

It got louder! Almost deafening then I can't help but speak "You really did it now.. I can't guarantee your continued living or existence as a Singular piece."

*THUMP, THUMP, THUNP*

And now? They stopped... the atmosphere feels thick and heavy I can barely breathe and the man behind me is no longer holding a knife to me. Then we here it:

*Knock, Knock, Knock*

Three simple knocks. It's enough to make even me recoil... then he does something I knew he would do, he taunts the noise.

"YOU THINK IM SCARED? SHIT FOR BRAINS YOU KILLED MY FRIEND!?!? WHEN I GET DONE WITH YOU AND THIS BITCH OF A COMMANDER IM GOING TO TAKE THIS PLACE STARTING WITH THAT BITCH SIRE-"

*SHATTER*

The door came off its hinges and through the smoke we see only a silhouette.

He walks forward, rigging displayed, eyes glowing and dragons staring into my soul. He speaks once with presence.

"You feelin lucky punk?"
