He couldn't believe it. Soulmates were in your world too. That melancholic feeling. Could it be? Could you be in the same situation Bakugo himself was?
"What's with this stain on their last message?" Kiri wondered, holding the book up close to his eyes.
"Does it look like I care?" Bakugo grumbled, gesturing his hand in a sign of frustration.
"Yes." Kiri deadpanned, folding his arms and smirking.
Bakugo growled and flipped his red head friend off, before attempting to grab the book back from Kirishima. Kirishima rolled his eyes and sat down on the bed across from Bakugo, placing the book in between the two.
"It looks like a pen blotch. Right?"
"Sure. I already knew that, crappy hair." Bakugo grumbled back, "They were probably startled by someone on their side."
Kirishima rested his head on his hand, "I mean, that does make sense." He hummed quietly, "But I can see you're still worried about them."
Bakugo threw a pillow at the shark boy's head, jumping up onto the bed, armed with two more.
"I am not worried! I don't give a crap about them or what they do!"
"What is all the noise- oh."
It was Mitsuki, the near-exact female replica of her son: same blonde hair, red eyes, and known to some, nasty temper. She spotted the book on the floor, and her son's flushed face. She covered her smile and restrained a chuckle.
"Worried about Y/N, Katsuki?" She managed, keeping her hand on the door handle, just incase she has to escape quickly.
Bakugo ran his hands through his hair and shouted loudly and incoherently.
"I'm not worried!" He screamed, his cheeks burning, "Get out of my room ha-."
Mitsuki smacked his head hard with her slipper, "Katsuki Bakugo! You do NOT talk to your mother like that!" Katsuki grumbled loudly, small explosions setting off in his hands, bent over as Mitsuki held onto the top of his head, "I'm so sorry for his behaviour, Kirishima. I know he can behave better."
Kirishima chuckled nervously, scratching the back of his head, "No problem at all, Mrs. Bakugo. I don't mind."
Mitsuki sighed, and let her son go from her iron grip, "Well," She huffed, "Dinner's ready in about fifteen minutes, I'm sure you two can sort things out with Katsuki's book partner better with full stomachs."
She quickly shut the door and ran downstairs, hearing the various crashes and shouts from her son. She chuckled and walked back into the marble kitchen, spotting her husband at the stove, flipping pancakes for dinner.
"He's still denying it." She whispered, pecking Masaru on the cheek, "We may have to help him out if he can't realise it himself."
Masaru shook his head and smiled, "What do you expect?" He passed a bar of chocolate to his wife, "Its not like he's had any experience with love before."
Mitsuki sighed melodramatically, "I know. It's just, this person on the other side of the book. He really does like them. I can tell. Even though he's trying to hide it from us."
Masaru chuckled, "Good to know we haven't raised a child who's good at keeping secrets."
"Indeed," Mitsuki replied, grabbing a chopping board and a box of strawberries, "He lights up every time that book glows." She looked up and smirked at her husband, "Kinda reminds me of when we first met."
Masaru blushed, and hurriedly looked back to his pancakes, of which now, two were burned.Mitsuki smiled, then went back to making the pancake, smiling at her husband's flustered mutterings.
