Vivian sat bored in the car as Luther was driving them to their destination on an abandoned road, they came to a stop when Luther had parked the car waiting.Five sighed before he started, "You know, I never enjoyed it."
The two turned to him, Vivian already knowing what he was talking about, but Luther however looked a little confused. "What?" He questioned.
"The killing, Luther. He's talking about the killings he did." Vivian explained as she looked at Luther then to Five.
"I mean, I was... I was good at my work, and I... I took pride in what I did. But it never gave me pleasure. I think it was al those years alone, Solitude can do funny things to the mind." Five finished. Vivian knew what Five was talking about she never enjoyed any of the killing because it always reminded her of their fathe when they would go on missions, she never really liked using her powers to hurt people, but their father still made her do it.
"Yeah, well, you were gone for such a long time. I only spent four years on the moon, but that was more than enough." Luther said.
"It's the being alone that breaks you." Vivian agreed knowing how Five felt.
Luther desperate to change the subject, eyes landing on the briefcase that was between him and Five, "You think they'll buy it."
Five sighed before explaining, "Well, what I do know is that the're desperate. It's like a cop losing his gun. If the Commission finds out, they'll be in deep shit. Oh, not to mention the fact that they'll be stuck here until they get it back." Five finished.
Well, I should hold onto it." Luther says, as taking command like always.
"Hm?" Both Five and Vivian hummed in question as to what he was saying.
"In case they make a move on one of you." He explained. Five and Vivian nodded in agreement.
"Okay, Luther but be careful." Five started, "I mean, I've... I've lived a long time, but... you're still a young man. You've got you whole life ahead of you. Don't waste it." Five finished as he was still looking at Luther.
They all turned to look back at the road and noticed a car approaching them, "Here we go." Vivian muttured, they all got out of the car, as Five grabbed Vivian hand as they started walking.
Five spoke up, "If something goes wrong, both of you run and don't look back, Okay?" Five said as he looked at both of them but mainly toward Vivian.
They walked around to Luther's side as they car came to a stop a little further away from them. Hazel and Cha-Cha, still in masks, walked out of the car as Five walked closer to meet them.
"Are the masks really necessary?" Five asked pointing between the both of them. They both sighed before taking the masks off and throwing them to the side.
"So where is it kid?" Cha-Cha asked.
"Wow, that's how you're going to start." Five sighed showing both his hands into his pockets, "You know, we can get right back into our car and call it a day." He told them.
Cha-Cha pulled out a gun, "You wouldn't even make it half way there." Five sighed, "Maybe." he shrugged his shoulders, "But as I'm sure you found out in your previous foray, my brother is not you average giant and my girlfriend could crush you to the point where your screaming out in pain pleading for her to let you go." Five finished with a smile on his face.
"He's right. Plus she's from the commission." Hazel whispered toward Cha-Cha nodding towards Vivian, "Everybody was scared of her because she could kill you with just her hands."
