"Mr and Mrs Kim, as you know, your son has been through a lot of trauma. What his Nanny did to him is something I wouldn't wish on any child. But I'm afraid that it goes deeper than that."

The two Beta parents started to squirm in their seats; they felt like they failed their child. They had an empire to run, and they thought that their little miracle was safe with that Omega.

Since Omegas were predestined to have pups, they'd never hurt one, right? Well, wrong; it had been going on for years before they found out the horrible things that woman was doing to their son.

It took years for Bong-Cha to get pregnant, and when she heard her pup's heartbeat for the first time. It was overwhelming, to say the least. She loved that pup so much already. But they also had a business to run, and they wanted to ensure that they left behind a legacy that would be around for their grandchildren's grandchildren.

Dae-sung was trying to be the pillar of strength; he wanted his wife to stay home with Taehyung after their pup was born. But he never said it out loud; he knew how much his wife loved to work, and he wouldn't ever take that from her. He will never forgive himself for not expressing his thoughts because if he had, his son would never have been violated the way he was. "What do you mean?"

The Doctor sat back; a frown was on the other Beta's face. "I know you have removed all Omegas from your household, and for good reason. But now Tae is surrounded by no scents as we Betas barely hold a scent. Tae just hit his 13th birthday, which means he presented, and as an Alpha nonetheless, he needs an Omega scent to keep him calm, or he could lose his Alpha."

"I've never heard this," Bong-Cha said quickly. Her heart was racing; this was yet another way she had failed her pup. Maybe she just wasn't equipped to be a mother.

"As Betas, we don't know these things; I only know them because I went to medical school. But Omegas and Alphas balance each other out, ying and yang. They need each other, where Alphas need the Omegas scent to keep calm, the Omegas need the Alphas to feel protection, etc. If we don't want Tae to go feral, he must have an Omega scent around him."

"But how would we even do that? The last time he was even around an Omega, he had a panic attack so badly that he ended up in the hospital for nearly a month. The poor Omega had gotten lost in the woods and had ended up on the other side of our fence. Their pheromones were strong enough that even I noticed them."

The Doctor nodded her head, "There is something that I was thinking we could do. It's safer for Tae and a way we could control it." She reached behind her, grabbed a pamphlet, and handed it to the parents.

Dea-sung raised his eyebrow a bit as he read the front of it, "Scent service, what is this?"

"When you get home, I want you to check out the website. You can order different scents from Omegas. They will send you a scented item, and if Tae likes it, then you contact the service, and they will send you a more heavily scented item. If Tae still likes it, then you will enter into a contract. From there, you will negotiate how many scented items you will get, how much you will pay the Omega, etc. Sometimes they want money, sometimes it's scented items back if they don't have an Alpha. It all depends on the Omega. But I recommend this for Tae; it's the safest way to slowly introduce him to an Omega in the comfort of his own home and keep his Alpha from going feral."

They didn't like it; they were scared for their pup. But they would do anything if it was the only way to save him. Bong-cha nodded her head as she clutched the pamphlet in her small hand, "We'll look tonight; we'll do whatever it takes to make up for our mistakes."

"It wasn't your fault; you put your trust in the wrong person. But how were you to know, you went through an agency? She came with glowing recommendations; on paper, she seemed perfect. Stop blaming yourself and put that energy into finding the perfect scent to help Tae, okay?"

The mom nodded her head, happy to have something to focus on. That night, after checking on Tae, the parents found themselves sitting around the computer looking at the website, "Does it have a filtering option?"

She turned her head a bit to look at her husband, "it does, why?"

A faraway look took over his face, one he gets when he's thinking about what happened to their son. "Because we need to filter out all the flowers. She smelled like flowers; I think if we can go with fruits, maybe that will help."

Tears started to form in her eyes; her husband really was such an amazing man. He might not be an Alpha, but he was just as fiercely protective of his family as one. "I love you," she whispered before she leaned in to kiss him softly.

"As I love you," he whispered back against her lips.

They searched for hours, filtering out all hits of anything floral. They picked several fruit options, even some Earthy options. There were things like rain and grass that weren't typically seen as Omega, and it excited them to try because maybe something would work and help their precious Tae.

"How many pages are there?"

"After the filter option?" She looked, "15, so we have lots of options."

There were thousands of scents out there. Surely, one of them would work for their Taehyung. They wouldn't let him go feral, as he had presented not long ago. Now, it was just into the new year. They'd do whatever they could.

"No," the small voice screamed. "It's been over a month; stop, please just stop," the small body sobbed from the back of the closet as he curled into a ball to make his body even smaller. "They smell so bad," he whispered over and over.

Dae-sung's heart was breaking; they needed to find a scent that would work. But they were running out of options; they'd tried almost all of them on the site, and none of them were working. The only ones left were the floral ones, which would go over even worse than the ones they were currently trying. There was a soft knock on the door, and then their Beta maid entered, "Tae-ya, I brought you your tea. Will you come out and drink it?"

"Ye-ji," Tae sobbed as he crawled out of the closet and rushed into her arms. She had to hand the teacup to Dae-sung. Otherwise, it would spill everywhere. "Why won't they stop?"

Ye-Ji looked at her boss; she knew why they were doing this and that it had to be done before Tae went feral or lost his wolf forever. She felt the messy curls on the boy's head, "Tae-ya, they are doing this because they love you so so much. Let's drink some tea, and then we'll go watch some BT21. How does that sound?"

Once he was settled with his chamomile tea, his scent of amber was no longer so sharp that the Betas in the house could smell it. Ye-ji got up and went to speak with the parents; she knew where they'd be, the same place they always are these days. In the office, going over which scents to order. She knocked once and only entered when she heard the "come in."

"I had an idea, and I need you to hear me out before you get defensive, please?"

They both looked so defeated; this was taking a toll on them. They wanted to help their son, but this was completely out of their element, and they had no idea how to fix it. "Of course, Ye-ji, please speak freely."
