~First Official Proclamation~

Prince Benjamin, son of Beast, and Belle, looks out towards the Isle of the Lost, deep into his thoughts as he get's fitted for his upcoming cornation.

"How is it, that you're going to be king next month? You're just a baby." His father exclaims as he and his wife walk in from the balcony smiling brightly while admiering their son, who is adjusting pretty well to his future king role.

"He's turning sixteen, dear." Belle says as she reminded her husband.

"Hey pops," Ben starts before his father starts speaking.

"Sixteen! That's far to young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision till I was at least forty two."

"Uh, you decided to marry me at twenty eight." Belle reminded once again.

"It was either you or a tea pot." Beast chuckled before looking back at his wife while saying, "Kidding."

Ben laughed at his father and mother before remembering what he wanted to talk to them about.
"Mom, dad, I've chosen my first official proclamation. I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost
be given the chance to live here, in Auradon"

Both Belle and Beast look at their son with shocked expressions as Belle drops a piece of Ben's clothing that she was folding onto the ground due to the shock. Ben steps down from the platform after seeing the look on his parents faces.

"I feel like they've been abandoned." Ben says while walking towards his parents.

"The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?" Beast says as he points towards the direction of where the Isle is.

"We start off with a few at first, the ones that need out help most. I've already chosen them." Ben explains while trying to diffuse the tension.

"Have you?" Beast says while getting angrier at his son.

"I gave you a second chance." Belle reminded the beast once again placing a hand on his arm. "Who are their parents?" Beast asks.

Ben takes a breath before speaking, "Cruella De Vil, Jafar, Evil Queen, and Maleficent."

"Maleficent?! She's the worst villain in the land! I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes!" His father exclaims after hearing Maleficent's name coming out of Ben's mouth.

"Dad, their children are innocent! Don't you think their children deserve a chance at a normal life?" Ben slightly raised his voice trying to pove a point to his dad.

Beast thought about what his son said a minute ago before continuing. "I suppose their children are innocent."

Ben takes another breath before continuing his statement. "There's one more that could use our help. Please, just hear me out on this one." He looks to his parents as they nodded before he spoke once again. "Queen Elsa's daughter."

Disbelief crosses Beast's face once again. "The daughter of Queen Elsa? Son, we sent her to the Isle for a reason and you know why. We can't rist the kingdoms safety."

"Dad, she's innocent, her mother isn't even a villian-"

"But she was capable enough to freeze an entier kingdom into eternal winter. Even if Elsa is a dear friend, her child might cause the same harm. That's why when she got a little older, her mother and I agreed that the Isle was the best place for her to live on."

Ben sighs, "She's innocent, just like all the other villain kids. You threw her on the Isle when she was young because you were all scared. She deserves a chance at the life she would have had."

Belle and Beast share a look before Beast walks away from the two. "What would Elsa think about this?"

"I'll send a letter to Ahtohallan this afternoon." Belle says as she walked over to Ben. "Until then, well done, darling."

Ben smiles down at his mother before drawing his attention back to the Isle with a much more determained look on his face.
