It was Taylor's 17th birthday party today that Jane and Quinn had helped planed. She wanted to make her way to Evie's castle so they can head out together. Most guests were already there, they were just waiting for the girl of the hour.
Taylor made her way to the starter castle, encountering Mal on her way in. The two bidded each other a small 'hello', Mal not realizing that Taylor wasn't supposed to be walking in.
She walked inside and found everyone in the kitchen. A white box on the table, Jay and Evie throwing each other an apple back and forth, Sebastian and Kira talking, and Carlos racing through the kitchen. He then saw Taylor walking to them after bidding Oscar and Dizzy hello, who were in the living room.
"Snowflake! What are you doing here? Yo're supposed to be at your party with Jane and Quinn." Carlos rushed to get in front of the white box that sat on the counter.
Taylor smiled. "I just came to drop Eve some fabric that she left at our place and to see if she wanted to walk over there with me." She said, handing Evie her bag of fabric she left in Taylor's room the other day. "Oh, and here's the cupacake you asked for." Taylor said, handing the girl blue frosted cupacake from the food court at school. Evie's eyes lit up as she thanked her best friend.
"Couldn't think to get us something?" Sebastian said from his spot on the stool.
"I didn't know you guys were going to all be here, too." Taylor shrugged.
The group heared a scream from outside. They all looked at each other before dropping everything and running outside to see what was going on.
They all saw Mal in the form of an elderly lady, Audrey cackling maniacly with Maleficent's sceper in her hand and the stonel crown.
"You'll pay the price of what you did and so will all of Auradon!" She stated with another cackle leaving her mouth. She then disappeared in the mist of pink smoke.
Mixes of 'woah's and fearful squeales left their mouths as they focused their attention to Mal.
"You might wanna think of a spell for that." Jay said.
"There's no spell that can reverse the curse of the scepter." Mal responded in a raspy voice.
"Well that's a shame." Carlos said before whispering an 'Ow' as Taylor hit him on the arm.
"Forget about me. Aurdey's out for revenge, and all of Auradon is in danger."
"What do we do, then?" Kira asked.
"The only thing more powerful than then scepter- is Hades' ember." Mal stated.
They all then looked at each other in defeat. "With everything that happened a few days ago, we're never going to get through with the ember." Taylor remarked, making the group remember what went on the other day.
"Even if we could, no one knows where his lair is." Evie classified.
"We do." Celia spoke up, going back in and pulling Oscar with her when she came back. "We're his errand rat. I've got the key at my dad's."
"You two are coming." Mal told them.
"But we just got here." Oscar whined.
Dizzy's scream then filled everyone's ears as they all turned to see Dizzy and Quinn, along with the twins
Evie the ran over to them, putting Quinn in charge while they were gone.
"Guys, go get your stuff."
