Taylor sat with Evie, Doug, and Seb in chemistry. She was constantly bitting her lip as she tried to complete her exam. It was tough for her as she struggled to remember the solutions for the difficult chemical questions.

Beside her, Evie rummaged through her bag, making Taylor contantly turn her head towards her.

"Looking for something?" The professor asked before pulling out her magic mirror. Taylor furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

"Thank you, Chad. It's gratifying to see someone still respects the honour code." The professor said as Chad devilishly grinned a Evie. "It will be my recommendation that you are expelled."

"Evie rapidly shook her head. "Mr.Deley, I-"

"But that isn't fair. Obviously she wasn't cheating since she didn't have that... whatever it is." Doug said as he help stand up for Evie.

"It's a mag-"

"You're not helping." Taylor nudged Evie.

Doug shrugged, "Maybe she was looking for a pencil."

"Actually I wa-"

"Really, don't help." Doug turned and said to the girl.

"Sir, please." Taylor begged.

Mr.Deley sighed, "Well, if you can pass this test, I'll return your property and let the matter drop." They all smiled greatfully for their friend.

"Does she akways use that?" Seb asked as Taylor sat back down in her seat.

"Not all the time." She responded.

Evie glared at Chad before starting her exam with determained eyes.

Taylor, Seb, and Doug say across from each other at a picnic table outside. talking about the exam they had just finished waiting for Evie's results.

"I don't understand why we need to know so much about chemicals. They're just liquids that can either kill you or do nothing." Taylor complained. "On the Isle, all we had were normal maths. Not this chemistry stuff."

Doug chuckled and shook his head. "It's cool knowing about equations." Taylor looked at him like he was crazy. "Hey, what did you get on your exam anyway, Taylor?" Seb asked.

Taylor pulled out her exam from her bag for her to show them. "B. Not my best, but also not really my worst." The two boys nodded, impressed with how the girl's knowledge grew in the short amount of time she's been here.

Taylor and Seb caught Evie's gaze as she approached Doug from behind. With a large smile on her face, they could easily tell that she passed the exam. The two had packed up their things and left Doug at the table. Taylor send Doug a wink. "We're going back to our dorm, If Eve asks where I went."

They left the table as she gave Evie an exciting squeeze to her arm when she passed her. Seb sent her a slight smile as well. They talked as they journied back to their dorm. On their way, she caught Kira's gaze on her. Kira then walked over to the two who were in the hall.

"Hi, Taylor. I noticed that you haven't been coming to cheer practice. Coach thinks you bailed on us and Audrey keeps complaining that she was right about you." Kira said making Taylor stop in her place as well as Seb.

"I'm not bailing anyone. Just, leave me be." Taylor said as she started to walk away from the scene before Kira started speaking once again.
"Look, we're going to need to talk at some point, okay? We're family, Tay."

Taylor turned back around quick and walked back over to Kira. "No. You are not my family. My family are the people that came with me from the Isle. They're not scared of me unlike my mother and father." Taylor explained as her jaw clenched in anger and her fists tightened. She felt her grip on her journal tighten as well as she felt a slight sensation going through her hands as she did the day she watched the boys practice tourney.

Kira deflated, "I'm sorry. I just thought, maybe we could have a talk. Just for a few minutes." She softly spoke. Taylor sighed. "Fine, all you get is ten minutes. Nothing more. Seb, I'll meet you later." Seb nodded and walked back to the dorm room.

They walked back to Kira's dorm room in an awkward silence. The two didn't share a single glance at each other the whole thime they walked. The redheaded lead the blond to her dorm room which was a little farther than where hers was so it was a longer walk.

"Here we are." Kira smiled as she opened the door that lead into her room. She motioned her cousin to walk inside her room. She noticed the blue and purple color scheme in the room. "Who's your roommate?"

"Regean. Rapunzel and Eugene's daughter. She's in Corona right now, though. So, it's just me at the moment. Kira said as she opened the mini fridge in her room and offered Taylor something to drink. She just asked for a bottle of orange juice. Kira handed her a bottle of orange juice before sitting down on her bed. Taylor just looked around the room noticing all the pictures around the room. She walked up to some of the ones handing in the room smiling at the reindeer photos. "You really like reindeer's, don't you?"

Kira giggled and nodded. "They are my favorite animal. My dad even lets me and my brother hang out with Sven everytime I go back home."

Kira noticed how Taylor really wasn't talking as much as she does at practice. She noticed how she was looking at the photo Kira took in Arendelle last Spring break. It was of Kira, Kris, Anna, Kristoff, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven. They were all widley smiling as it was Elsa's birthday.

"Are you okay?" Kira asked, which was a really stupid question.

"It's just- why? Why did mother and father decide to throw me onto the Isle? You got to grow up where you actually belong with a real family. I grew up living somewhere where no child should ever grow up while you were here in the perfect world." Taylor said as she started sniffling. Kira's heart grew into guilt for the girl. "I bet her and father don't even know I'm here. They haven't come to see me yet."

Kira sighed before explaining. "Ben's parents went all the way to Arendelle after you got here to tell them about your arrival. They know, they're just scared. She's always regretted her decision, and so has your dad. I used to hear my mom and your mom talking almost every night about how she could have done better to have kept you in Ahotahollan. I know you're mom feels bad about what she and your dad did. I can't imagine how life was in the Isle for you and your friends."

"It's tough. It's no place for anyone to even live in. I'm just really greatful that I found Carlos, Jay, Evie, and Mal. We've all been best friends since we were seven. Everyone feared us which was what made it funny and fun. Which made it also weird because Carlos is basically a puppy."

"I'm glad you found them. They're your family. Are you and Carlos, like, together?" Kira spoke.

"No! No." Taylor shook her head. "We're just really good friend. That's it."

"Oh, it's just the way you two look at each other. It's the exact same look my parents share." Kira said as Tayloy looked at a clock on the wall and noticed that ten minutes have gone by.

"I'm gonna head out. It's been ten minutes. I'll see you at practice."

"Alright. Oh, Taylor! Remember, you can always visit Arendelle. It's your kingdom too, you know. Now that your back, your next in like for the throne."

Taylor scoffed. "I don't know if I should be trusted to run a kingdom. You know, this talk wasn't allt that bad." Taylor and Kira shared a small laugh. "And, I think that we could be really good friends, Kira." She smiled at the red headed as she got up and walked out the door.
