Soon after Audrey was woken up by Hades, the kingdom of Auradon was at the border of the entrance to celebrate the engaged couple, waiting for their arrival.
Claps and cheers soon filled the area as Mal and Ben walked out, waving to everyone. The two made their way up to the balcony, looking down on everyone here.
"Lady Mal and I wanna thank you for celebrating our engagement with us today." Ben said before turning to his lover. "I couldn't be prouder or happier to call you my Queen. So," Ben picked up the glass that sat on the edge of the balcony. "Raise your glasses. To our future Queen of Auradon."
Taylor smiled up at Mal with her hand in Carlos' as the two raised their glasses. "To our Queen of Auradon."
"Speech, your special-ness." Carlos said with his glass still in the air as he spoke with a horrible accent.
"Speech, oh fancy one." Jay played along with Carlos as everyone laughed at their behavior.
Mal softly laughed before taking a look at the people of Auradon, then looking directly towards the Isle.
"I can't" She blurted out.
The entire crowd below them gasped. Evie, Taylor, and Quinn all shared a look of confusion. They all see Mal whisper something to Ben before turning back and speaking again.
"We made a decision, to close the brrier forever. And it was my idea." She noticed the confused and scared looks of Dizzy and the twins. "But it's wrong."
"I've learned that, you can't, live in fear. Because it doesn't actually protect you from anything. You never know where the bad is gonna come from. And you never know where the heroes are going to come from. Without Uma and her pirates, Auradon would be gone."
Mal turned to Evie and Taylor, a questioning look on her face, wondering if she's doing is right. The two nodded up at their best friend with an encouraging smile.
"And without Hades, my father,"
The crowd began gasping once again.
"Audrey would be gone."
Their heads turned to Audrey, who was smiling up at Mal with tears in her eyes.
"We are all capable of good and bad, no matter which side of the barrier we come from. And that's why I can't be queen of just Auradon. I have to be queen of the Isle, too. And it's time that we take the barrier down, forever."
"We can't do that." Adam said, stepping forward.
"It's up to us, dad." Ben defended "I choose to be a King who moves forward. It's time for forgiveness. It's time for new beginings." Ben paused for a second, smiling at everyone below them. "The barrier will come down!"
"Yes! Whoo!" Carlos yelled out, letting go of Taylor's hand as she smiled at her boyfriend.
Mal waved her friends up to the balcony. Carlos grabbed Taylor's hand as the two and the rest of the Core 5 ran up. They all came up next to Mal and Ben, Taylor wrapping her arm around Carlos' torso.
"To make the world a better place," Mal started.
"We have to do it face to face." They all finished off. Mal pointed the wand towards the Isle, breaking the barrier around it. A long, white bridge came into appearance, linking the two islands together. They all hugged in triumphit before Mal handed the wand back to Fairy Godmother.

The party continued going on, everyone dancing with each other rather they were from the Isle or Auradon.
Taylor pulled her boyfriend to her, smiling up at him. "Carlos, I'm actually nervous to tell your mom about us."
Dude then came down the stairs and over to the couple. "You're nervous? His mom is Cruella De Vil! I'm petrified."
The two laughed at the dog before Carlos turned to the Isle. "Wait 'till she hears I wanna be a vet."
Taylor smiled at his scared look before turning his face and planting a kiss on his lips. She pulled away first, still smiling at him. "I love you."
Quinn interupted the couple by grabbing Taylor by the hand, turning her around. "Make out with Carlos later. You have a performance to do."
"Wait, what performance?" Carlos asked the girls as Taylor smirked at him.
"You'll see." Quinn pulled Taylor up to the balcony, where her band was there waiting for her.
The sound of music playing brought everyone's attention up to the balcony, where Taylor stoop behind a mic, smiling.

The sound of cheers and claps filled Taylor's ears as she finished singing. She smiled and ran back down, Carlos engulfing her into a hug once she was back down. He leaned down and whispered into her ear, "I love you." Taylor smiled at her boyfriend's words and pulled out, widely smiling at him before pulling him into a short kiss.
"I love you, more." She said before the rest of their friends came running to them.

"Do you ever miss them?" Mal said as the Core 5 held hands, standing infront of the newly taken down barrier.
"Yeah," Jay said.
"Do you think they miss us?" Mal asked once again.
"Yeah, of course." Carlos responded.
"Cause we're rotten," Mal stuck her fist out in the middle of them.
"To the core." They all finished, placing their fists with Mal's.
"Hey, Lst one over the bridge-"
"Is a rotten apple!" They all yelled before the ran with all their might, racing back to the Isle.
