~Well, It Could've Been Easy~

Taylor sat in the courtyard an hour later after her talk with Mal and Evie designing Ben's gift for Mal on her Ipad. She was basically finished, but she was adding a few finishing touches to the piece that were reccomended from Ben. She looked up from the device and saw her friends walking towards her direction. She smiled and packed up her things and walked over to them. She flinged her dark navy blue bag and held her Ipad to her chest.

"All you need to do... is look like me." Was all she heard when she reached them. Taylor scoffed, "That's be really sad."

Carlos jumped when he heared her voice. He turned around with widened eyes. "Taylor, hey." She chuckled at the boy. "Hey, Carlos."

"I was wondering, uh..." Carlos stopped and stared into her blue eyes as a nervous pink blush made its was to his cheeks. Her gaze caused him to basically go numb as he swallowed the lump in his throat. "If you liked the carrot cake last night?"

"I had the pumpkin pie. Which now that I think of it, I don't really recommend. Taylor said before making eye contact with Evie who wiggled her eyebrows at the girl. She scrunched her face up in a confused manner.

Carlos opened his mouth to speak. "Oh."

Jay grabbed his shoulders pulling him away, "Smooth."

Evie stepped into the scene as Jane and Lonnie made their way next to Taylor. Alora also made her way to the girls who she now called friends.
"I have an opening for a fitting at three. Who wants it?"

"Me!" both Lonnie and Alora spoke at the same time. They looekd back to Evie to see who would get the spot. Evie smiled and looked at the two, "I can squeeze the both of you in today." She then looked over to Jane. "I'll take you later."

Taylor shook her head lightly and looked away as Jane began talking to Mal. She looked out towards the Isle and sighed deeply while clutching her Ipad as her fingers began to feel cold. She bit her lip slightly, maybe no one would notice if she- "Hey, you're Taylor, right?" The girl was brought out of her throughts as two other girls came up to her. One with straight brown hair, and the other with curly brown hair.

"Uh, yeah. I am. Sorry, who are you guys?" She asked. She felt like she's seen them before, but she doesn't know where she's seen them.

"Oh, I'm Carmen. Daughter of Elena. And this is Dominique. Daughter of Tiana. We both have art with you and we just wanted to get to know you." Carmen spoke. Taylor could admit that she was really pretty, and so was Domanique.

"Yeah, that's cool." Taylor turned her head to the right and noticed Ben. "Sorry, I have some thing to do but I'll see you guys around." She waved to the girls as they waved back. "Ben, quick moment." She said and pulled Ben to the side once she reached him.

Taylor opened her device as Ben leaned over her shoulder. "Okay, I've pretty much finished the design for your big surprise for Mal." She showed the blond the image she had created of him and Mal on the style of a stain glass window. "I think her eyes should be green. But it's up to you."

Ben nodded at her, "yeah, make sure they're green." He turned to Mal and gave her a small wave. "See you later."

"Okay." Mal nodded and frowned. Taylor sent her a small smile before turning back to her Ipad. She pulled out a series of green shades to show Bn from her bag. "Which green do you think?"

Ben took a quick look at all the shades before settaling on a perfect emerald green shade, "This one."

Taylor approvingly nodded at him, "Good choice."

Ben sent the girl a smile before looking up as if he sensed someone looking at the two. Following his look, Taylor made eye contact with Kira and Kris. They looked sad. They both stood by Kira's locker. Turnes out everything she said to her six months ago and family day really stuck to her as everyone also brought Kris into the situation since he was her brother. "You should talk to them."
