Seeing the little blob on the monitor Jesse takes a photo of the monitor " There's your baby your levels and charts came back good everything is just fine."
Alexa smiles as an ultrasound picture is printed out before wiping the gel off her stomach handing Jesse and Alexa the ultrasounds " See you in a few weeks for a follow-up."
Alexa and Jesse smile taking her hand and her bag walking out of the doctor's room going to the lobby going to the parking lot getting in his car " It's so surreal this is happening for us thanks for keeping him or her it means a lot."
Alexa putting on her seatbelt " Thanks for coming with me and your welcome I didn't want to abort him or her like my dad suggested I think we can do this but I'm feeling tired can you take me home?." Jesse nods starting to pull out the parking lot.
Pulling up at a red light " I also want to thank you for still talking to me with everyone blaming me for what happened at homecoming."
Alexa drinking her water turning to him slightly " Don't pay attention to all that everyone is still in shock about it you have me in your corner that's all that matters."
The light changes to green starting the car again " Is your dad still thinking about moving you to Eastlake next semester?." Making a left on a street Alexa looked out the window at the passing buildings sighing.
" He says it's still on the table even though that would mean we'd have to move to Eastlake or something like that my mom wants to keep me here last time my parents argued he said something about renting a house or apartment In Eastlake Just to check it out." Jesse makes another turn on a street.
Looking at Alexa then quickly back at the road " He can't keep you away from me forever with you being pregnant with my baby I want to be there for you no matter what." Slowly pulling into Alexa's driveway as the car comes to a stop Alexa grabs her bag before getting out of the car.
" Thank you for coming with me again Jesse it means a lot I'll let you know any updates." Jesse watches her go to her front door before letting herself in he sits in her driveway for a few minutes before driving back home.
It's been extremely rough the last few days for Jesse ever since turning in Anson and that night at homecoming he's been on edge even if he can't prove it he's 100 percent sure Anson played a part in what happened to Elijah he hasn't even been able to text him since then he doesn't even deserve a response from Elijah if he does text him how sorry he is.
