Hi I don't really want to do I huge intro so I guess I'll just say that I was quite nervous about this but I'm going to get straight into it although this pat may be a bit more about the characters than anything else.

Rosie squinted against the light now pouring through her curtains ruining her sleep. "Rosie" her mother called from downstairs, "are you up?"
"Yeah" Rosie replies still barely opening her eyes as she looked around her room from her double bed.Rosie's room was clean and bright and big to say the least. In the middle of the room was her large white four poster bed with a few pastel cushions at the end. Her walls were cream and she had a pale wood dresser on the wall opposite her bed with a cute little stool next to it. Her wardrobe was on the right of her room and the door on the left.
Rosie's family were very wealthy and so they lived in a manor in Yorkshire amongst the countryside. Her mother was high up in the ministry but Rosie didn't really know what she did however, she payed close attention to her fathers work in the department of magical law enforcement. As Rosie wanted to do that herself when she was old enough to get a job.
"Rose come on breakfast" her father called. She stumbled out of her room reluctantly and plodded down the stairs to the dinning room, still in her pyjamas which consisted of an oversized t-shirt and shorts. After eating she dragged herself back upstairs and sat at her dresser as she dragged the knots out of her light brown hair, she decided her long waves looked socially acceptable she moved on to apply eyeliner to the top of her eyelids to emphasise her sparkling brown eyes. Rosie never really liked the colour of her eyes and hair as she felt it was boring however it suited her well and looked great against her slightly tanned skin.
After sorting her self out she pulled on a black skater dress her denim jacket and black converse.
There was a sudden knock at her door. "Come in" Rosie shouted slightly to be heard. Hetty, her house elf, entered "Master asked if miss was ready to leave" she asked. "Yes I will only be a minute" Rosie replied grabbing her trunk.
As they got into the car, Rosie looked back at her beautiful manor made of light grey stones and surrounded by trees, shrubbery and flowers. As she said goodbye she was quickly whisked away to Kings Cross station.
When she arrived at the station, she was greeted by hundreds of muggles all rushing to their platform. Whilst walking to platform nine and three
quarters, a head of firery hair grabbed her attention. "Ginny!" She yelled. Ginny's head whipped round as she heard her name. soon enough Rosie was being pulled into a tight hug. As she let go Rosie was also greeted by Mrs Weasly who also gave her a bone crushing hug. Although Rosie was in Ravenclaw, she still had plenty of time with her Gryffindor friends who were fast approaching. "Harry, Ron, Hermione" Rosie yelled with glee as she gave her third hug of the day.Although she was close with the three, Rosie was not part of 'the golden trio' as they were often referred as. after greeting her friends, the five went to platform nine and three quarters together and after handing over their trunks, boarded the train.
She left Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny in one compartment and went to find her two best friends in Hogwarts - who were obviously in Ravenclaw like Rosie. After checking most compartments on the train, Rosie finally found them and squeezed in next to a Natalie, a girl with long dark brown waves (which she dyed red underneath) and bright blue eyes that contrasted with her pale skin. Being Natalie, she was wearing an oversized band t-shirt with tights, a pair of converse, her black robes and of course an enormous amount of bracelets - some of which were from muggle concerts. Opposite to Natalie sat Agnes who had short straight dark hair tied half back with a ribbon and brown eyes covered by black rimmed glasses. She wore jeans, ankle boots and a cute daisy top.
For half of the journey, the girls just talked and laughed about their summers whilst enjoying the passing view. It was looking like it would be a good day until the compartment door opened.
Draco Malfoy stood in the doorway leaning against the frame staring inside. He looked very different this year and Rosie could hardly take her eyes of him. His new muscular frame was covered by his Slitherin robes. Rosie noticed a shining green badge that read prefect. His cold grey eyes looked deep into her warm brown ones. Snap out of it! She thought to herself "what is it Malfoy?" Rosie asked. "oh nothing" he replied cooly "I'm just standing here".
"Well can you stand somewhere else!" snapped Natalie. "Hey no one asked you Greener" Draco replied with just as much anger in his voice. "Piss off Malfoy" Rosie yelled.Draco sighed with frustration. "Look, I was just wondering if you had seen Goyle anywhere" he replied calmly. "Well we haven't so bye " Agnes said sharply. He slammed the door an walked of but for some reason Rosie couldn't seem to take her eyes of him as he walked down the corridor.
"Rosie" Agnes said whilst snapping her fingers " are you ok?" she asked concerned. "Fine" Rosie replied although she wasn't sure she was ,as all she could see when she closed her eyes were two grey cold ones staring back at her.
