THE SEAS

Aliyah Esmeray's POV

As soon as I stepped foot inside the portal, I felt a cold wind enveloped my body. It was as cold as the seawater. If I remembered correctly what Dillon had told me, her father's domain hides under a big bubble of air under the sea—it is an underwater kingdom. It is the first time that I will see the domain of the God of the Seas, my first time entering a domain that belongs to the big three.

When we reached the land, I noticed Deion was not here yet. Nasaan na 'yun? Nasa likod lang siya kanina ah...

Nasagot ang tanong ko nang lumabas siya sa portal habang nakasuot ang dalawang kamay sa mga bulsa. Napangisi ako nang maintindihan ang nangyari. Binalikan pa talaga ng isang 'to. "I gave back something to Ajax," walang ganang sabi nito at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad.

Pinagmasdan ko ang paligid at napanganga ako dahil sa ganda ng domain ni Poseidon. I can really feel that I was inside the land of one of the higher Gods. Like what Dillon told us, the domain's barrier is like a huge bubble of air under the sea. If you'll think about it, shouldn't the pressure here be strong? The pressure under the ocean must be a lot more heavier than the pressure on land. Kung sabagay, hindi nga pala kami normal na creatures. Hindi na rin siguro dapat nagiging kataka-taka ang bagay na ito.

My eyes wandered around and from above, I saw various schools of fishes swimming through the seas. The coral reefs here looks so healthy and the marine ecosystem is rich and organized. The creatures under the see look so lively and colorful...harmonious. Ganoon ba kapag malapit sa domain ng Diyos ng karagatan?

Ngayon ko lamang din napansin na maliwanag ang paligid na para bang malapit lamang kami sa surface ng dagat kahit na mukhang ilang libong feet ang taas nito.

My eyes caught Dillon wandering her eyes around her like it was her first time entering her father's domain. She looks so amazed. I don't know if she's unconsciously showing it, but she looks so happy. It was the first time I've seen her like this.

We continued walking our way towards the kingdom. It's surprisingly dry here. There are still coral reefs on some parts, and they don't look dead at all. There are even land plants and shrubs in here.

A castle was built in the center of the bubble. It was a huge castle made of white marble, shining like a white pearl that changes its color whenever it reflects the light coming out of nowhere. The ground was made of white bricks and furnished with some sea shells.

It is so beautiful, Poseidon's domain.

Hindi ko pa rin alam kung bakit parang hindi pa siya sanay sa lugar na ito e palagi siyang ipinapatawag ng tatay niya. Or were those callings false? Seriously, Dillon, what is happening?

The golden gates of the palace opened wide. Behind it are demigods wearing white chiton with either green, gray, purple, or blue belt. They are all wearing gold armor cuffs. Some are wearing formal attires. May favoritism nga siguro si Poseidon.

Kapansin-pansin mula sa right ear nila ang isang white pearl na kumikinang. I wonder why they only have one. Their left ear does not have earrings.

Lumapit sa amin ang isang demigod na nakasuot ng black na formal attire pero mayroong kulay green na tie. Humawak ito panandalian sa pearl na nasa tainga nito at tumango-tango. "Yes, my Lord." A communication device, huh...
