Jisung was doubting Hyunjin's ability to keep promises. He had made many to Felix before and all of them were broken. Broken promises can't be recovered easily. When Felix said he had forgiven Hyunjin, Jisung was confused.

Jisung needed to be sure Hyunjin wasn't lying. He didn't want to see Felix sad and hurt again. It seemed to happen any time they made new friends. If they made a new friend, that friend would go out of their way to hurt Felix and Hyunjin's relationship.

"Hey Hyunjin. You know what I noticed a lot?" Jisung spoke pointing his fork in the direction of Hyunjin.

"Hm? What is it Jiji?" Hyunjin asked in pure curiosity. He wasn't paying attention to the nickname he used.

"Hyung don't call me that! Ehem, anyways I noticed that whenever you or Lix make a new friend, they go out of their way to hurt your guy's relationship." Jisung spoke. Felix had moved into Hyunjin's lap because he was still crying.

Hyunjin gave a shocked expression then nodded gently. He patted Felix's bad softly and placed a kiss on his temple. Everything seemed to be going too fast for Jisung.

"Then I promise I'll stay away from new people who seem like they can hurt us. If they are even the slightest bit suspect I'll make sure I drop them." Hyunjin spoke proudly. Jisung was scared he just made a promise he couldn't keep. Besides the fear, Jisung held out his pinky to lock it in.

"Don't break this promise Jinnie. We'll be very upset with you." Jeongin spoke. They were all rooting for him. They all wanted their friend group to stay whole. Everyone hated the group constantly having drama. It was all they were known for at their school.

"I swear on Kkami that I won't break this promise. I love Lix so much I don't ever want to hurt him." Hyunjin spoke while gently rubbing Felix's back. Jisung loved the loving look in Hyunjin's eyes. it gave him hope.

Hyunjin's mom cleared her throat and pointed at their full plates. They all apologized and began eating their food. Felix had moved off Hyunjin's lap which upset them both. They wanted to finish eating quickly so they could be close to each other again.
