The arena was packed like a championship game, on one side of the arena sat citizens of Darkmire. Many were Demons, and hybrids of all sorts. On the other side sat citizens of Sol. Many being regulars, mostly cats, and hybrids as well. Both sides rawred loudly ready for the show to begin. In an enclosed section of the arena were seating for the royals. Even though six seats were present only 4 were filled at the moment. Perci was missing to prepare for his fight, while Blaze was attending to her duties before they started. Counting down to the first battle the royals talked amongst each other.
"It's a shame it had to come down to this.." The King of Darkmire started "I thought you two were on board with the wedding? " he genuinely asked Blaze's parents.
The Queen of Sol turns as she explains.
"After the incident Blaze confessed that she was very uncomfortable, so we had to make a few changes." She smiled.
Dauna, Perci's mother, let out a laughed. "Really? I moved the wedding forward for that very reason! Perci said the same thing!" She pointed with a smile.
"Oh?" Kevin gasped. He noted how she thought it was funny and felt a bit concerned.
"May I ask why is Perci fighting?" Gabriella, Blaze's mother asked. "Aren't you worried?"
"Not at all." There was a giggle. "We are confident in our son's abilities." Dauna nodded.
" What about your daughter? Isn't she taking part?" Luce, Darkmire's King, spoke excitedly.
"Oh no! She's ensuring our knights are prepared. She's very interested in their roles." Kevin nodded and smiled at the thought of Blaze.
"How unfortunate.." Luce huffed. That's such a disappointing thing to hear from him.
"Excuse me?" Kevin raised a brow.
"It's unfortunate that she will not be fighting..we have heard she's quite powerful and wanted to see for ourselves." Luce responded, now sounding a bit uninterested.
"Definitely not. Not out there." Gabriella waved them off with a snicker. "You're giving her too much credit."
Dauna spoke up for her now pouty husband.
"It's a fair reason to have her marry our son. Strong parents leads to strong children." She explained. It was one of the main reasons they agreed and wanted them to wed so badly.
"Oh." The King and Queen spoke in unison understanding.

"My knights, please stand proud and at attention for your assigned foe." Blaze announced to her subjects. On command the three knights that were selected stood tall and mighty like shoulder to shoulder.
Blaze went down the line speaking to her knights one on one.
"Sir Chris, I understand you have timely reflexes unlike no other?" Blaze stood in front of the knight.
"Yes my lady." The knights spoke sternly.
Blaze nodded with a smile.
"Very well. You shall face their first knight. Please yield if you feel your life is truly on the line.. you may proceed forward." Blaze moved out of the knights way since he was dismissed till the battle had started. She then moved on to the next knight.
"Sir Sky, I understand you posses electrification?" She asked to clarify.
"Yes my princess." The knight also spoke sternly as they were trained.
"That is wonderful. You will face their knight Shadow..." Blaze announced.
This caught a glance from Sonic, yet he stayed silent. He listened to what else Blaze had to say.
"Please use your power safety as much as possible on him, and yield if you deem it necessary." Blaze finished. Then proceeded to move out of the way for him to prepare himself.
