Draw you closer

Love & joy flowing around.

I have let you go,

with our dreams alone.

Wish I could snatch you from the sky

Dreams about you & I,

If had fate never parted us,

Further the whisper of death only gust.

Draw you closer to me.

Wish I could do that at least.

Oh, angel come back to me,

All our blooms are withering.

Draw you closer to me.

From the rays of the moon gleaming,

The lips I miss, the eyes I meet,

Yet, you aren't closer to me,

How do I know babe of destiny?

Parted destiny.

The only feeling I knew with you was just bliss.

It was loving, so lively.

Heartbeats would skip,

You cradled me as me.

But, the ending was never meant to be.

Draw you closer to me.

Wish I could do that at least.

Now, the starry nights are my heart's lone cry,

Slams ribcages high.

Draw you closer to me.

Your fingers were aligned with mine,

Breaths would hiss little.

Eyes twinkled, bolting comets

Prickling beneath.

Lungs afire, grazing lips,

Caressing down the hair.

Playing smile, I relapse into,

Yet, life's all unbidden.

Draw you closer to me.

Wish I could do that at least.

Through all skirmishes my rigor,

Your memories spite along.

Draw you closer to me.

Gleaming love waves boiling my blood,

Tore love letters, now that we are afar.

God has untwined each our lines,

More like stitches tugged upright.

Empty feels the seat beside,

Blue now that you are on heaven's drive.

I wish, I wish, I wish to live, to laugh,

My soul's company with yours.

Inked poems, glinted face, dimple crescent,

I long all that, my darling.

Draw you closer to me.

Wish I could do that at least.

Oh, angel come back to me,

All our blooms are withering.

                                                                           Draw you closer to me.

Here's a little song I have written dedicated to the plot of this novel. My initial attempt to songwriting, so I know it's uneven. Meet you after 21st November!

Bye,

Luna
