(November 3rd but I forgot so i'm writing this on the 4th btw)

so today I went to beach vollebyall

...

I burned 850 calories in the 1.5 hours

THAT IS CRAZY

I can't really remember what I ate yesterday but it was good on amount of calories but...

I ended up eating a waffle (which I'm trying to cut out since it's all sugar) and candy when my parents left the house

so I ate within my calorie deficit but I didn't eat as healthy as I'm trying.

well, maybe next Friday (next volleyball session) I can learn to eat based off of hunger and still eat healthy.
