Days: 5,6, and 7

so day 5, 6, and 7  were Saturday, Sunday, and monday

nothing much really happened I wasn't able to keep the target deficit cuz I didnt workout or track calories

but my estimate is that I maybe ate around as much as I burned

today (day 8) I'm gonna try to workout!!! 

that's all I just wanted to update before I forget

I'll update about today later in the evening like I usually do
