today was pretty ehhh 

I'm trying this new thing where I track calories on weekdays and not on weekends because it'll help me be able to eat without tracking calories but still eat mindfully (especially when I'm off the diet)

today I ate

a chapati and a half with beef stew for breakfast

2 slices of mini bread (it's like 3 inches wide, 2 inches tall...it's one of those loaves that have super small cuts if you know what I mean) and 1 chapati and chai for lunch

nothing for snack (yay but I could have eating a fruit)

and beef stew and 1 1/2 chapati

so today I had a super lazy and chill day so I probably ate as much as I burned but that's still fine, not everyday has to be a 750 calorie deficit day

I had fun today <3333 relaxing, and u should too
