so I'm going to go over what I ate today and what exercise I did
- Breakfast (ish): I ate a mini pack of m and ms
- Lunch: they didn't have my chicken so I ate the tater tots with French toast and had a bit of syrup, also my friend gave me about 5 sour patch kids so I had that too
- Snack: me and my friends were staying after to watch the volleyball game (one of them is on the team) and we went to a nearby food plaza (which is just businesses in a row like dollar tree, stop and shop, dunkin, etc. we got dunking, I got the Halloween spider donut which is about 350 calories.
- Snack 2: when I got home I saw that my family ate all of the pound cake I was planning to eat for dessert!!!! so I ate two starbursts and a mini Twix (god I have to get rid of my sweet tooth)
- Dinner: White rice and beans (I try to have brown rice but the rest of my family likes white rice better so usually brown rice only gets cooked ever 1 in 3-4 times we cook rice
Activity: I walked to the plaza and back with my friends a total of about 15-20 minutes of walking and talking (which raises your heart rate
I also got to warm up with my friend who's on the volleyball team and we peppered (when two people pass the volleyball back and forth with each other without the net)
btw I play volleyball (I didn't make the school team in September tho) I usually play at a beach house near my home for 1.5 hours on Friday and sometimes during the week I practice on my own
I hope next year I'll make the team!!!
we peppered for about 20 minutes which was intense I was sweating like crazy cuz I wore a sweater and I didn't have a t-shirt underneath :(
so that was all for food and exercise
now for the juicy thing I said,
so basically my dad is starting this whole thing where we have family dinners
now my family (that I live with) is my sister, mom and dad
its gonna b so awkward since my parents consistently like come for me since their both scientists and super organized and don't like having fun (they literally just stay home and their always turning down going out w people)
and me, on the contrary, I'm free spirited, I like to have fun and be impulsive (not anything crazy or dangerous but just like if my friends want to stay after I'll stay after (like with a teacher to hang out and do schoolwork) and decide right there, while my parents have to plan it out and everything)
and my sister (who's older) is super shy so it seems like she's such a serious student when in reality I'm a serious student too but I have more friends because I'm more outgoing
(not trying to put her down but she has like social anxiety I think she's mention before.)
so my parents who hate like partying and doing anything but talking about science or education, or studying, or working think I'm soooo rebellious and crazy when I'm the most "tamed" and "well behaved" kid at my school
so they loveee to gang up on me when I forget something like a notebook at home and say that '(my name) you need to take life more seriously blah blah blah' when its just a simple effing mistake
ok done with my rant
so ya we're having our first dinner today (I haven't actually eaten the rice and beans yet but thats what's cooking so I'll eat that)
