So please read the description before you start reading this diary,
this is more for me and also to motivate other people too.
So here's how I plan to do this,
I'll document what I've eaten, how it has made me feel, small wins of the day, water intake, what exercise I did, and moods.
This won't be about calorie counting, calories burnt, weight loss number etc.
But, monthly I will have check ins and I'll give my progress in body measurements.
I won't b using the number of the scale because my scale is a bit inaccurate but I might mention it.
I'm doing this weight loss because I'm at an unhealthy weight.
I'm 5'8 and 166 lb.
I want to be anywhere from 125-140 lb.
I'll start looking about how I feel about my appearance once I hit about 140 lb and then decide if I want to loose, maintain, gain muscle etc all cosmetic things
I know it might seem vain but it's my body and I'm not obsessing over it and I have the right to want to look a certain way that can be achievable for me through hard work.
I'll update as often as possible (I'll try to do everyday).
also I'm going to design a collage soon because the self love one rn doesn't fit (if u see a college tell me how u like it!)
I'm starting October 9th and I hope to be at my goal weight by the end of February!
