Y/n and Peter are brothers, who both got bitten by some radioactive spiders that gave them spider powers. Turning them into heroes and fighting crimes while at the same time having to deal with every day life.

After a day or two of rest since Peter managed to save his brother from the symbiote, the spider brothers get back to business by stopping a nearby crime that is taking place on a rooftop. Spider-Man takes down the robbers while Scarlet spider took care of the helicopter making sure all of the criminals are webbed up.
The two later regroup somewhere as Spider-Man looks at his brother seeing him wear his old Scarlet spider costume since the Symbiote took his old one after bonding with the costume.
Spider-Man: The old Red and Blue. Not too shabby, I say so myself.

Scarlet Spider: You can say that again. It sucks that the symbiote took my old one, I really love that costume. It took me the whole summer to get the materials on making it.
Spider-Man: At least this costume is not trying take control of your body.
Scarlet spider: Very funny... I'll be back, I'm going to give Tombstone a visit.
Spider-Man: Be careful, I'm sure Tombstone won't be happy to hear you cutting off his deal.
Scarlet spider: That should be the least of his worries on what I'm about to say to him.
Scarlet spider swings away towards Tombstone's building as he later arrived at his office as he sneaks right through the window. Tombstone notice his presence as he sees Scarlet spider in front of him.
Tombstone: I take it our deal is off?
Scarlet spider: Not enough money in the world for me to turn a blind eye to your great works. Keep the light on because I'm coming for you.
They both gave each other a nasty look before Scarlet spider left Tombstone's office through the same open window, he came in. As Tombstone was thinking how to make the spider brothers pay an unknown visitor arrived.
Venom: It appears you have a job opening.
With Tombstone turning around to see, Venom on the ceiling.
Venom: We'll take it.
Getting up from his chair, Tombstone goes over to his pool table.
Tombstone: I really should start locking those windows.
Venom: So, do we have a deal?
Tombstone: If you really want a job, you'll have to prove yourself. Pass one simple test. Destroy the spider brothers.
Venom: We were hoping you'd say that. Oh, you don't mind if we have a little fun with them first?
