Episode 25: Opening Night

3rd P.O.V.

Prison...

The scene opens up to the new prison that was built under the current one as Norman, Jonah, and Captain Stacy are there to inspect the testing of the prison facility called The Vault. While they're there inspecting The Vault a couple of guards are seen escorting someone as Jonah seems excited to see this particular person or at least ONE of them getting send to prison.

Norman: The Vault will soon be the pinnacle of ultra maximum security incarceration. Put a super villain in here and trust me, he's never getting out.

Jonah: Music to my ears, Osborn. Now that we're finally putting this reprobate behind bars, I don't want him seeing the light of day any time soon.

Captain Stacy: You don't have to take quite so much pleasure in this, Jonah.

Jonah: Oh, but I do. I really, really do.

As we see the reason why Jonah is so excited to see this person being put behind bars. Turning out to be none other than Spider-Man, himself in handcuff as he's push inside the secure cell. The door closes behind him with the words "MAXIMUM SECURITY" written in all large capitals in front.

Inside the cell where Spider-Man is being held, he breaks free from his handcuffs as he start exploring around the room for any opening while at the same time mocking Jonah

Spider-Man: Wow, haven't been in stir five minutes and already I'm climbing the walls. Get it? No? No love? Fine. Just remember, I'm only here because my brother asked me to take his place on testing the Vault's security instead of him. So if you're watching, and I know you are, picklepuss, don't get any ideas.

Jonah just grumbled in response.

Outside the prison...

Meanwhile, outside the prison's gates a delivery truck comes driving up the front entrance. Behind the wheel was Black Cat in disguise as a delivery driver.

Delivery driver *Black Cat*: Delivery. Yet another OsCorp sensor system for the Vault.

Handing him the clipboard with the order details along with a ID badge, the security guard look through the paperwork.

Security guard: All right. Everything seems in order. You, uh, know where to go?

Delivery driver *Black Cat*: I do indeed.

After handing back the clipboard, the security guard opens the gate for the "delivery driver". Once inside, Black Cat start removing her disguise and start putting on her costume that was given to her by Y/n from the night before.

Black Cat: Never thought I'd find myself busting into prison. *thought* I hope Y/n gets here soon before we loose our opening to escape.

Midtown High...

Speaking of Y/n, at the Midtown Highschool... the tonight play is taking place as everyone is getting ready as the audience are slowly arriving. However, the play director is panicking for some reason as he is walking around the backstage and yelling at the top of his lungs.

Devereaux: One hour. Curtain in one hour. Oh, my cast is battling stage fright. And their director's battling stage panic. Where is my Puck? Where is Harry Osborn?

MJ: Working on it.

MJ calls Gwen as she answers the phone.

MJ: Oh, hello, Gwen? Hey, It's M.J. Have you seen Harry? His butler said he left home hours ago, but he's beyond late and he's not answering his phone.
