I was woken up from my sleep, by screaming. A screaming I've heard before. The same scream that has haunted me since Anoat. It was her.

I got up and grabbed my robes and headed out into the hallway. Trying to find the source of her screaming. Was she here? Her screaming felt so distant but so clear.

I ran through the hallways of the command decks and she was not in sight. But the screaming had been silenced.

Lex?

I called out to her in the force.

Are you here?

I haven't heard from her in a few weeks since I left Starkiller. It has been silent between us. I have not stopped attempting to reach her. Every time I do, it feels like muddy water. I turned on my heels and made the trek back to my quarters.

"Lord Commander, everything okay?" a patrol trooper called out.

"Yes, just thought I heard something."

I flopped back down in my bed, my heart was racing. I haven't heard from her in weeks and the first communication I get is her screaming. That awful heart wrenching scream.

When I first heard that scream on the field of Anoat, something inside me dropped. I felt helpless, and something felt so wrong. I dropped everything to find her in that moment. When I did find her, I thought I had lost her. She looked lifeless.

She was resting on her side, with her arms over her face. Her clothes had almost been completely burnt away, leaving her skin almost falling off. I yelled for Cody to bring in the chopper for immediate removal and aid. My healing skills weren't the best, but I did what I could in the middle of the battlefield.

I wrapped her body with my robes and held her close to me. Her heartbeat was faint, but she was alive. I was tapping her face, begging her to show me any sign of fight in her. Her face was covered in ash and smoke.

I heard more screaming again.

I shot up, I spoke into the force, "Alexia, it's just a dream. Wake up."

As if she could hear me, but I needed to try. I needed to somehow comfort her, miles and miles away.

Then a vision struck me.

I could see her sleeping, in silk. She was tossing and turning, screaming with her eyes shut but tears falling from them. Those beautiful brown eyes, I wish I could see them. One last time.

She woke up, staring right at me. Like we were in the same room together. Sitting from across each other. I took note of where she was, it looked like she was in a warmer climate. The doors to her balcony were open and the drapes were swaying with the wind.

"Lex?" I whispered and reached out for her.

She began crying, and looked at me right in my eyes. But then she looked behind me. Like there was someone else in the room with her.

Then I was mentally tossed back into my own reality.

I sat up from my bed, seeing that I was covered in sweat. I looked at the time and saw I was awake earlier than my alarm was set for. I let out a big sigh. We have not been that close since those few weeks ago, and she wasn't alone in this strange place.
